MANAGER ROLE, DENTAL ACADEMY, BANGOR
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year.
In a newly built, modern general and specialist dental practice. Bangor City Centre.
The right candidate will have:
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
-Sound financial acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of dental industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
