So stoked for Chris! 😊 Saw him this morning and couldn't believe the change.
Chris was 111.5 kgs. Last Friday.
Today 108.6kgs.
Myself and 2 Personal Trainers are trialling a program. So far we have nailed 3 from 3 results.

✅You will enjoy food
✅You will understand "you" and "your" body

Often when trying to improve our physique; a lot think lifting the heaviest weights is the way to achieve this.
Try lifting less weights (75% lift) for 4 sets x 12 reps. Strictly allowing 1 min between sets.
