📣 What do you do when you catch yourself worrying or getting anxious about something that is completely out of your control?

For the past 5 years I have been deliberately doing something which I used to teach in my secrets of charisma course; the responsibility transfer.

Abraham talks about this as turning it over to the Universe.

👉 Whatever name you give it, there is something incredibly calming and liberating in taking the weight of a situation that is worrying you off your shoulders and handing it over to whatever powerful, loving and all-encompassing force or entity you believe in.

I found myself consciously doing this recently whenever I started worrying or getting stuck in thought loops about my trip to the UK (arrived safely yesterday evening) and getting back to Italy again afterwards.

It's a common belief that if you are unable to figure out how you got hurt or how you hurt yourself then it will be difficult to get proper healing.

So many people end up trying to dig deep into their past to find that ONE THING or that ONE HURT that is causing them anxiety, depression, troubles, or money issues today.

My stance is that this "dig up your past" approach is not necessary to be healed. 🙀

💡 The CAUSE of an issue is not the same thing as the CURE or RELIEF for an issue.

👉 For example, when you come to me for my healing services, I don't need to know that you were s*xually abused when you were younger (A CAUSE). 😔

👉 Instead, you would tell me that your intimacy has been off, your s*x drive has been really low, and your partner is feeling hurt because you haven't been in the mood to be together in a very long time (AN ISSUE). 😩

👉 As a healer, it would then be my job to work with you and to suggest and initiate ways to heal your energy so that you and your partner can enjoy each other again (A CURE OR RELIEF). ☺️

So, in this scenario, I did not need to know how you were hurt or how you hurt yourself, I just needed to know what you wanted help healing. 👌

💌 Don't be hard on yourself if you can't think of EVERY SINGLE past incident that could be causing you illness, ailments, bad luck, money issues, and problems right now.
