Hello friends, thanks for visiting. We are gearing up for next weeks offering and will be ready for pick up on 11th Feb (Saturday). We are going to start with the traditional Tehari. The small cubed beef are tenderized, smoked and marinated overnight in a melody of spices and cooked in layers of aromatic rice, liberally drenched with mustard oil (shorshe). This very unique and Bengali dish is a must try and will not disappoint the pallet. Paired with this will be tikia and our limited time promotional offer of jorda or organic kashmiri style apple achar.
We will start taking orders from today (2nd Feb, 2023) and the cut off date is 10th Feb, 6:00 pm. Tehari will be ready for pick up on 11th Feb, 11:00 am onwards. Limited quantity. Only 50 pax available. Grabs yours while it lasts.

Saffron Polao anybody! This is soft, succulent, mouth watering, saffron polao that will pair perfectly with our chicken roast.
