Spicy Bean & Beef Nachos.
Ingredients:
1. One small red onion, finely chopped
2. Half a kilogram of Coles Australian 4 Star Beef Mince
3. Four hundred and twenty grams of Heinz Beanz Creationz Fiery Mexican Style Beanz in a can
4. One tablespoon of tomato paste
5. Thirty-five grams of Mission Taco Seasoning in a package
6. Two hundred and thirty grams of Mission Original White Corn Tortilla Strips in a package
7. One cup of Kraft Mexican Three Cheese Blend
8. Half a cup of drained Golden Circle Corn Kernels
9. Three-fourths of a cup of Mission Mild Chunky Salsa
10. One tablespoon of freshly chopped coriander
11. One-third of a cup of drained Sandhurst Sliced Jalapeños
12. Two teaspoons of vegetable oil
13. Half a cup of sour cream
14. Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish
