What a beautiful day today.
As I meal prepped for the week I put 2 drops of each in my defuser ❤

I had herniated discs and had surgery to repair it years back.
This morning was taken by ambulance for lower back pain to my local ER.

They said I have bulging discs, same ones that were worked on. I havent been able to move all day, even with pain meds from the hospital

I got home and a few drops of lavendar and deep blue to my back and guess what?

Pain went from an 10 to a 6 in the first application !
