I made some stubby holders for everyone out of Dad’s jeans and shirts for Christmas and designed a logo for Tommy’s Clothing Co. Est 1956-2020. No amount of beers will bring you back sitting next to me to have one! Love you and miss you heaps Dad! XO

When the nomad lifestyle became a thing for me! I was often romanticised and as a Gypsy Soul, a free spirited traveller hence I adopted the name! Words are powerful, they can build someone up or tear them down. I regret that I should have researched the original meaning of the word Gypsy before I named my products and me exactly that! Oh it feels so yuck!
I had absolutely no idea how offensive the term is to Romani women in particular! Through conversations with my Aunty Heather Gordon who sent me a lot of information this morning who knows a Romani woman and a conversation with my son Josh last night I will avoid the G word from now on!
The last thing that I ever want is to discriminate or offend anyone!

A Tribute to Mikayla XO
We lost my little cousin and her lovely partner 2 years ago today and this was my tribute to her beautiful well spent 18 years with us! My heart goes out to my uncle and Aunty today and my cousins! The loss is real to you today as every other day! You are fabulous parents! I am so proud of you all for everything you have achieved these past two years! ❤️❤️❤️ I might need to watch this again myself and rethink the smoking that I took up again after losing Dad this year! But life is hectic! I love you heaps and heaps! I hope restrictions ease soon so I can give you all a massive hug! X

There’s not far to run during a lock down so I’ve just been appreciating the shade of a tree! It could get boring though, who’s keen for some live music?
I have a door frame, fly dangly things and a dream catcher! I’ve been crafty, it feels so homely and now the gypsy van is looking more like a gypsy van!
Timber Panels are done! The roof had no lining for 6 years and I always wanted to do a timber panel roof section and the rear wall allows for more art! My kids are all artistic and it’s so good to have their work around me all of the time!! X

Father’s Day Weekend was spent with my brother in Woomera where we lost Dad to a heart attack 2 months ago. We chose celebrate my brother’s birthday and Father’s Day and do some star gazing also.
