This is important news! Repost from

Famed YouTube star MrBeast is suing the company that makes his popular MrBeast Burger for allegedly serving severely undercooked meats that were “inedible.”

The complaint claims Virtual Dining “was not focused on controlling the quality of the MrBeast Burger customer experience and products” as it sought to grow its ghost kitchen concept.

“As a result, MrBeast Burger has been regarded as a misleading, poor reflection of the MrBeast brand that provides low-quality products to customer that are delivered late, in unbranded packaging, fail to include the ordered items, and in some instances, were inedible,” according to the court filing obtained by The New York Post. Three men have been arrested and face charges of robbery, conspiracy and weapons violations after robbing video gaming systems from victims attempting to sell them in Riverside County, authorities announced Tuesday.

On July 28, The Riverside Sheriff’s Lake Elsinore Special Enforcement Team and Robbery/Burglary Enforcement Team responded to two separate thefts that occurred in Lake Elsinore.

“The investigation revealed that the suspects arranged to purchase video gaming systems and games from the victims, who were selling the items via a social media application,” a RCSD news release stated.

In the first incident, the suspects, identified as 21-year-old Davon Patterson Jr. and 18-year-old Edward Bullock, both residents of Perris, along with 18-year-old Moreno Valley resident Elijah Robinson, took the gaming system from the victim and fled the scene. In the second incident, authorities said the three suspects “forcibly” stole the victim’s property and, again, fled the area.

The three men, pictured here, were arrested on charges of robbery, conspiracy and weapons violations on July 28, 2023. (RCSD)
Based on a description of the vehicle the three men were in, deputies located the car in the city of Perris and conducted an enforcement stop.

A search of the vehicle revealed evidence connecting the suspects to the stolen property, along with a semi-automatic non-serialized handgun and loaded extended magazines.

All three men were taken into custody and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention on charges of robbery, conspiracy, possession of a firearm and extended magazine.

The case is still under investigation and anyone with information is urged to contact Deputy Noel at the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station at 951-245-3300.

So devastating. 🔔—- Christian Dominguez, 21, was the assistant water polo coach at Ramona High School in Riverside. He was beloved by students and colleagues who say his death marks a huge loss to the community.

“He was the one who gave us hope all the time,” said Yesenia Dominguez, Christian’s sister. “He would always make us feel better.”Christian was the second youngest out of five siblings who, in his spare time, loved traveling, enjoying music and helping others.

On July 25, his family’s life was turned upside down.

Christian was riding his motorcycle on the westbound lanes of the 91 Freeway around 5:30 p.m. when he was clipped by the driver of an Acura TSX sedan near Ivy Street, according to California Highway Patrol. The driver, an unlicensed teenager, was driving recklessly when he abruptly changed lanes and struck Christian, authorities said.

The impact killed Christian as the teen driver sped away from the scene.

“He was the glue to our family,” Yesenia said. “When he would give hugs, he would give them so tight like a bear.”

As friends and family members remain devastated, they want Christian to be remembered for the person he was and the thing he loved to do most — being passionate about coaching water polo and swimming. “I cannot tell you what an amazing job he did as a coach, as a mentor for kids looking up to him,” said Cindy Robinson, head coach of boys’ water polo at Ramona High School.

Details:
On July 30, 2023, at 2:33 p.m., deputies assigned to the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a business in the 12600 block of Frederick Street, in the City of Moreno Valley, reference a theft from a beauty supply retailer. The suspects walked into the store, filled three shopping baskets with beauty supply items and left the store with approximately $2,000 worth of product without paying. The reporting party provided a description of the three female adults, in addition to their vehicle, a silver Kia Optima. Working jointly with local agencies, deputies located the suspect vehicle traveling on the 215 freeway towards the City of San Bernardino. An enforcement stop was conducted, leading to the identification and arrest of 20-year-old Ja’Nique Thomas, 27-year-old Juanesha Ables, and 21-year-old MyLonnie Harris. All three suspects are residents of San Bernardino and were in possession of the stolen merchandise. Thomas, Ables, and Harris were subsequently booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for felony charges related to grand theft and conspiracy.
Anyone with information on this case is encouraged to call Deputy Muro at the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station by calling (951) 486-6700.
