Rang-ayan Child Development Center celebrate"Career Day"( when I grow up I want to be...).It is a special activity for the month of September-October, wherein, it is a fun way for kids to explore different aspects of themselves related to our THEME:ALL ABOUT ME which it provide an interactive & personal way for kids to learn all about themselves.
special activity increase the children self-efficacy as they participate in family & community life by trying things out and experiencing the joy of becoming engaged in this activity.These experiences help them figure out who they really are and who they want to become. Furthermore, their self-efficacy increases as they experience success and accomplish this activity.
children to share their likes & dislikes as their talents & what they want to be when they grow up, helps other children see how they all are different yet unique in their own way..
