A misunderstood symbol that needs some explaining, first off this is not a norse or viking symbol nor is it a bindrune of any kind. This symbol comes from the classic Japanese manga titled Berserk and in the manga the symbol means "brand of sacrifice" not berserker or anything. Yes the artist was inspired by norse culture while writing Berserk so it does look close to runes. Aside from this symbol not being associated with true Norse paganism it is still a cool symbol and it's from an even better manga so check it out or watch the anime Berserk.
