I'm not supplying filters in my masks but all my masks will have openings to insert one. Filters need to be researched and they are expensive from what I'm reading. In the meantime, I'm using coffee filters in the ones for my family. Anybody finds some good research, please post here. Ty.

Personal masks (non-health care workers)
I'm trying to help everyone with masks. However, I'm limited in the number I can make each day. I'm therefore only going to supply health care workers as much as possible. I will also try to make for local friends.

We are on lockdown so mailing stuff is not possible. I'm also in the high risk category and self-isolating. I can only do porch pickups. If you request a personal mask I will ask you to donate fabric through an online store or a white sheet set from Amazon, delivered to my address or dropped off on my porch. This will keep my operation going.

You can support this effort to supply masks free of charge to first responders, health workers and institutions by:
1. Purchasing new white XL men’s T-shirts to make T-shirt yarn for ties (replaces sheets). Shirtmax.com has the cheapest ($1.64).
2. Purchase 2 yards of 100% cotton fabric online (at least 180 count, tight woven) and have delivered to me. Will make you 2 masks; porch pickup only.
3. Donate your fabric remnants or used T-shirts to me (porch drop). Please launder before dropping off. Ty.

5. Purchase 12-20 gauge aluminum wire to make nose clips for masks (have enough ordered at this moment).
