A customer in Rossville had some severe termite and water damage in the kitchen and dining area. We were able to fix a couple water leaks, add in 3 supporting beams, and replace half the joist and all the subfloor to help even out the flooring surface to install new lvp and create a bounce free, squeak free floor, that’s safe and structural sound.

Check out this beautiful new 8x14 deck on post and beam at the front of our latest customers home. The old platform and staircase had almost rotted away completely. So it was time for an upgrade!
