Gerste mit gebratenen ganzen Mungobohnen!
Eine tolle Mahlzeit für die wechselnden Jahreszeiten.

- Leicht verdaulich
- reduziert übermäßige Hitze im Körper
- verringert Magenreizungen
- Auch bei Krankheit und Appetitlosigkeit geeignet.

Wie wird es zubereitet?
Gerste 5-6 Stunden lang einweichen. Waschen und kochen, bis sie weich ist. Mit Ghee, Kreuzkümmel und Salz würzen.

In gleicher Weise die Mungobohnen einweichen und weich kochen. Mit Ghee, Curryblättern (falls vorhanden), Kreuzkümmel und Salz würzen.

Nehmen Sie ein Gramm frischen Ingwer, mahlen Sie ihn mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser. Mischen Sie es mit einem Löffel Honig und nehmen Sie es 10 Tage lang jeden Morgen auf nüchternen Magen ein, um Ihre Immunität gegen saisonale Allergien zu schützen.

Pleasure to be a part of European Ayurveda Congress 2024, which has been a successive and also a successful event. Such a delight to share the stage with some of the dignitaries in the field of Ayurveda across Europe and have an enriching discussion.

Thanking our organising committee of IFAD e.V (Professional society of Indian Ayurveda graduates in Germany) for working relentlessly towards this. Also grateful to the officials of the Embassy of India, Berlin, for all the continued support.

Extending our gratitude to the esteemed guests, dignitaries and fraternity of Ayurvedic professionals, practitioners and enthusiasts for active involvement.

This Navaratri, here is an attempt from our students of Sanatana Akademie - Sanatana Nritya, to offer Nritya Seva at the lotus feet of Devi Meenakshi.

Shyamale Meenakshi is a Nottuswara composed by Shri Muttuswamy Deeksh*taru. Nottuswaras resemble the western melodies but are composed in Sanskrit by Deeksh*taru, set to Shankarabharana Raga and Aditala.

One uniqueness about this rendition is that the Audio track has also been recorded by one of the senior students K*m Samhitha Jois and her brother Sushruth Jois.

Bharatanatyam caters to everyone on different levels. Be it for the *happy feet* of Children or *healthy mind* of Adults, the beauty of Bharatanatyam is in the eyes of the beholder.

Here is the first workshop of the BhaRaTa series,which is an Introduction to Bharatanatyam with an emphasis on Body strengthening. You will also get a small choreography from the Expressivity perspective of Bharatanatyam.

No barrier of age, no previous experience needed. Just come and experience the joy of Dancing and to use dance to express yourself!!

Fruit Yoghurts, Yoghurt Smoothies are definitely not smooth on your Gut. Yoghurt takes longer to get digested and combining with fruits is an incompatible combination.

To protect your gut Biome use Ayurvedic Buttermilk in your diet.
Relish a fruit separately.
Let the fancy Fruit Yoghurt, Frozen Yoghurt, Smoothies be just a rare indulgence and not be a part of your regular Dietary routine.

Also, ja, Milchshake regelmäßig als Teil der Ernährung und Routine ist wirklich NICHT eine gute Idee...

So, NO Milkshakes as a part of your daily diet and routine especially instead of breakfast !!

Auch wenn man sie manchmal wie eine Obstschale mischt, können nur Früchte mit ähnlichen verträglichen Eigenschaften verwendet werden, und das auch nur selten.

Good digestion is all that matters to maintaining good health. Taking bath/shower right after food slows down metabolism leading to building up on Endotoxins within our bodies.

So first shower then eat, or if it's inevitable please wait atleast 3 hours after you eat to take bath. This applies to Swimming as well.

So think twice, convince yourself and stop showering in the night right after dinner, no matter however tempting and relaxing it feels to shower and to go to bed.

Be aware of your digestion process.

A few more excerpts/photos from the "Ballett Extra: La Bayadere", organised by Bayerisches Staatsballett where we exchanged a knowledge about Classical Ballet and Indian classical dance and shared the richness of both forms of Arts. It has been such a learning experience to look at classical productions with a different perspective and also integrate art forms altogether. This is a very gratifying and refreshing experience. Thanking for the opportunity.

Wir lesen oft, was wir essen sollen und wann wir essen sollen. Die richtige Menge der Nahrungsaufnahme ist jedoch ebenso wichtig.
Essen Sie nicht, bis Sie satt sind. Lassen Sie immer etwas Platz, damit die Luft zirkulieren kann, um die Verdauung zu fördern.

We often read what to eat and when to eat. However, the right amount of food intake is just as important.
Don't eat until you are completely full. Always leave some space, because of which the process of circulation and digestion is facilitated.

Mindful eating is the key for Healthy life.
