We recently launched the resource centre. Our plan is to point young people with SEND in the right direction to see what they can access. For example, what is the local offer, and what is the link to each local offer in Yorkshire and Humber?
We plan to continue developing the resource with young people's input. Our main goal is to explain things simply and provide links to other sites that young people will find helpful.

We are inviting you to come and see the exhibition, take part our immersive experience and some fab interactive activities whilst also being the first people to listen to the lyrics put together by young people all around their experiences of growing up and living in an ex mining community within yorkshire abd the humber! An event exploring personal and civic identity and the concept of social haunting... how are the ghost of yesteryear still impacting on these communities today and the young people inhabiting them?

The Yorkshire SEND Alliance are looking for new members to join their group.
The SEND Alliance meets once a month to catch up, plan and coordinate their campaign work
The group offers:
-A safe space to vent
-A place to share who you are and meet other neurodiverse and disabled young people
-Opportunties to meet with decision makers to discuss issues around services for SEND young people
