With that being said, I am proud to announce that this idea I originally had..... is shifting to a partnership with the pastor of my church at Metro Assembly of God, to provide education about eating plants and the word of God to both help heal people spiritually and physically, from the inside out! We've acquired a Food Truck and the idea is that Pastor and I will be food prepping, cooking and educating folks about Jesus and eating plant-based.

I've really needed to spend time thinking about what I love and the fact that I'm an educator at heart, so that I can accurately promote what I want to do.

This is for anyone who is CURIOUS, INTERESTED OR EXCITED about COOKING Plant-Based.
I'm looking for adventurous people to host a small dinner party or afternoon luncheon where you'd..
1. welcome me into your home or space
2. invite friends who are also interested
3. help prep foods, socialize, sip (if you'd like) and learn about eating plant-based
4. Watch (even help if you'd like) me cook while I instruct
....so that you learn that Plant-Based Meals are actually EASY TO PREP AND COOK, FULL OF PROTEIN, VERY ECONOMICAL AND SO GOOD FOR OUR HORMONES, HEART, ETC.
