Today I visited Madison Highschool’s Bobcat field house. I just found out recently that you can make reservations! There is a turf field and tennis/pickle ball courts. They are open from Mon-Friday 5-8 AM and 7-10 PM, Saturdays 6 AM-Noon. Great place for a date night or group activty. Also if you are an Idaho resident it is FREE!!

Do you think you’ll feel the same when you leave Rexburg, or will you never leave?
For this week’s Memory Monday, I spoke with a friend of mine that recently moved to Utah because he graduated from BYU-I. I asked him what he missed about Rexburg and if he would move back if given the chance.
His Response:
“My wife and I loved our time in Rexburg, there wasn’t anything wrong with the town itself, I just don’t like school and I definitely don’t like the cold. Sure we still get cold down here in Utah but it’s not as bad. We wouldn’t mind moving back at some point because mostly we miss our friends and the memories we made. Rexburg is where we were married and where we lived as we grew together as a couple. We are excited for our new journey though!”

What would you miss if you left Rexburg!?
Today I interviewed a friend of mine from Wisconsin and I asked him the same question. He lived here while he went to school and has now moved back. While we talked, the weather came up and as I complained about how cold it was, he reminded me of how much colder it is in Wisconsin. He misses the weather here as well as how close he was to the mountains! It is flat in Wisconsin, trust me, I lived there too!
This week I asked people what their favorite place is to eat in Rexburg. One place, I had never heard of before!
My Thursday thought is my idea for more public transportation! Let me know what you guys think!
