Hello! We're happy to announce that our website is now up and running!

Over time, we will populate it with information, and share tutorials and updates about work being done by the community.

Dhivehi.ai Dhivehi.ai is an effort to develop awesome ML powered tools for dhivehi

There has been a lot of work done in the area by a number of people over the years. We have compiled a short demo of the current state of these technologies.

We are able to use a mixture of them to build a simple digital assistant that can recognise and accept simple commands

Text-to-speech technologies allow it to respond to us.

The Speech-to-text engine is able to transcribe spoken audio with reasonable accuracy. There is a basic spell checker running behind this as well.

These are made possible through contributions from hundreds of people. The STT and TTS is built top on data from the common-voice project.

Our goal is to collaborate among different entities and people working on these technologies, to open source as much as possible and ensure they survive well into the future.
