💥TIP #1: Get crystal clear on the specific details of what reaching your goal looks like, sounds like, feels like. How do you know it is time to check the box off that you reached your goal?
💥TIP #2: Simplify your plan. Stop trying to go from 0-100. Start with the fundamentals then progress from there.
💥TIP #3: Change your environment. If you feel stuck, change your environment and/or routine.

Why I train❓
Because our outcomes are controlled by our inner state. Our inner state is controlled by our mind and body.
There is both physical health and mental health and they feed each other. 💯
When you take care of your body, your mental state improves. When you take care of your mind, your physical improves. 🔥
It can work in reverse as well, if you don’t take care of your mind, you won’t take care of your body.

🚨REMINDER: Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you have to.
For me? This means focusing on me and my standards and how I want to live vs. the standards of others.
💯 For many people, they don’t live by their own standards, they let the influence of other peoples standards dictate their own.
But know that just because you can drop down to their level, doesn’t mean you should, or that you have to.
💯 Instead, level up, by focusing on the man you want to become as a husband, father, professional, and leader. You set your own standards of which you live by, leading to the life you want instead of the one others want for you.

After 6 years…
🙋♂️ After countless mistakes…getting frustrated with myself, partnering in two businesses that both failed. I had doubts, insecurities, and ultimately lost part of my identity along the way. I felt stuck in a hamster wheel trying to find the old me that walked out on the football field or basketball court with confidence...
👊 The day I woke up and looked like an athlete and felt like an athlete when I looked in the mirror, everything changed.
