Most babies need help getting to sleep for the first few months. As a rule of thumb try to settle your baby when they’re dry, warm and drowsy 💤

Dressing your baby for summer months:

🌞Dress your baby in comfortable, breathable and loose fitting clothes in hot climates
🌞Be mindful of sun exposure, vitamin D is good for your baby but be careful of sunburn!
🌞Bring layering blankets as often it gets cooler in the evenings. Muslin blankets are recommended
🌞Look for signs of discomfort. Check for warm skin, heat rash, irritability or tiredness.
