Passions include being a workout instructor BUT also getting some time to zone out & lift.
I try to get 2 gym lifts in a week.. although my crazy schedule sometimes doesn’t always allow that. Which is totally ok ❤️ I always find my way back though.
You know those nights where you feel the utter most alive? Endorphins are pumping. All of those good feelings & energy FLOWING through your body?

Its also an amazing complement to our T&A class offered on the weekends. 🍑🍑 another FFS original.

Do you tell yourself any of these things? Or any of the 11 excuses within this article?
How do we combat those excuses? Well my biggest piece of advice is whatever that excuse could be, figure out a way to not stray away from the goal you initially had.
If your goal is to take 3 classes or get 4 workouts in- plan it. Plan what classes. Plan which days you will be working out. Sign up. AND JUST GET TO CLASS! Just get there. The rest will follow. If you need further mortification- plan your outfits ahead of time. Write down the days you’ll be there. Set aside that time for YOU.
Set the goals. Achieve the goals. I promise you’ll FEEL so much better knowing you crushed those goals.
