Well my long time friend Bradly Hill called me and wanted to catch a nice bedding fish. So we set out to harris chain to find one. The water was a little cold but we still found a few pushing up and a nice 6.2lber that was ready to bite. So I'd say mission accomplished. It was really cool to watch him work this fish. Busted her on a black and blue flippin jig. "Had to have it".

What a epic 3 day tournament at harris chain for the Big Bass Tour . The weather was hot and cold, dry and wet, fish were shallow and deep. It was crazy. I was lucky enough to land this 9.49lber , it was good enough to get me 2nd place weigh in on day 2. Jacob Blommel and I put our heads down and found a few more nice fish pushed up, just couldn't get them in the boat. We caught plenty of small ones, but you can't catch them all. We always have next year to try to win that boat. Just a few lbs off this time.

This right here is the fish of a life time for most people, and as of now is my personal best largemouth bass. At 11.3lbs this is a true WaterHawg, and is the reason I love to fish. I spent about 3hrs total out of 2 days to catch the fat girl off the bed, and the 3mins to weigh and take a picture was totally worth it. Plus nephew got to see it all go down. My boi Mike Crump smacked this gaint snook , a true WaterHawg here. Mike caught this fish on his own custom made swimbaits. We went the other night to make a video, but things didn't pan out and the bite was off. But Crump definitely put time on the water, so he went back and stuck this massive fish a few days later. So the Water Hawgs Bass Club classic at the St John's River is in the books. What a Weekend!!

Thanks for everyone who showed up. We would like to thank the people that helped out this year,, Bushnell Tackle Shack , BoatEFX , WaterHawgs TV , Ryan Walczak for donations for the Classic.

It rained all day, everyday, got colder everyday day. And to top it off the fish had lock jaw, so the bite was tough for everyone.congratulations to Johnny Johnson and Kenny took for taking 1st place, took home $1000 cash with it.

Congratulations to Bryan Jones and Brad Sopp for taking the team of the year, big bass and big bag of the year. You boys were on em this year. Great job!

New season starts up in January welcoming anyone looking for a bass club , but definitely looking forward to see everyone from this year and some new faces next year. WaterHawgs out!
