According to the bible, planets are wandering stars. Yet, they are telling us that the earth is a planet. They say all the planets are leftover dust after the formation of the Solar System. I cannot imagine how mankind can entertain such a stupid idea.

What is wrong with this picture?

1) The earth is comprised of the land we stand on only.
2) There is nothing to keep the water from flowing over.
3) The distorted size of the sun and the moon.
4) The land is open to space.
5) The stupid idea is that the moon is reflecting the light from the sun. 107
6) The known dimensions of the earth.

None of what I have mentioned is correct. This is a stupid picture for stupid and gullible people.

If the earth is a globe, based on our calculation, you should not be able to see 3 miles away from the shoreline if you are 67 standing on the shoreline, with or without binoculars.

Unless you are more than six feet tall, the shoreline will disappear behind the curvature.
A surface without curvature is flat.
