This afternoon I completed my longest run ever 🏃‍♀️ after I came back home a used my foam roller on my tired legs and did some stretching exercises. Another thing I do after a long run is drinking my magnesium and potassium supplement diluted in a big glass of water and then I have a magnesium bath. If my legs feel particularly tired I use the foam roller again and I massage some magnesium gel on my calves.
It is also good to have a protein smoothie within two hours, I had mine after about an hour 🙂
