For several years I've had an idea to create an apparel brand that was all about the holidays...the big ones like Christmas and the small ones like National Coffee Day (totally counts as a holiday).
I’ve also wanted to share my real closet with you! What you may not know is that I've had a side gig selling vintage and current clothing items seen on some of your favorite TV shows and movies (like Hallmark). I also buy and sell unique holiday finds on Poshmark and eBay as a stream of income. I've always wanted to turn this passion into an official business. So…

The vision started coming together this past year, when one of my "Hallmark" shirt ideas became a big seller for my husband’s t-shirt company (he’s a professional comedian and an entrepreneur and owns a few apparel brands). But what really brought it home for me is when I met Lacey Chabert at Christmas Con in August, and she asked me to send her a shirt I had created (an Emily’s Country Inn shirt)! I thought, "Ok this could be something."

Since then, I've worked tirelessly to create Dressing Festive, a marriage between holiday and boutique apparel with lots of fun Hallmark-esque shirts and as seen on items. And today we are officially launching!

There is so much to come in the next few months including over 100 pieces for my boutique from movies like “All of My Heart” and “Wedding Every Weekend”, not to mention countless holiday apparel ideas.

But for now, I hope you'll give Dressing Festive a like on all the social platforms (posted below). For each platform you like and comment on, you’ll be entered in a contest to win a $50 gift card to the website! Winners will be chosen on Cyber Monday and notified by noon.

Everyone’s been asking … this sweater is by Brooks Brothers. It’s an oldie but you may be able to find it on eBay or Poshmark soon!
