Here are the photos of the siding project. We will admit we were hesitant on how this would look, but after getting it down and taking a step back and looking at it. We absolutely love the way it turned out. We aren’t done yet tho we will be headed back in a few weeks to hang some shutters, replace the back door and replace the front porch skirting to match the back deck.
We have been very busy the last month and a half. Here are some photos of the deck we rebuilt. We took out all the old, tore down the chimney, and started rebuilding. We used composite decking, vinyl railings, and vinyl privacy fence. Huge shoutout to armor building supply in hornell for supplying us with those materials. We are so happy on how beautiful this deck came out. And so is the homeowner and that’s what really matters. As you can see the siding also got replaced see our next post for that beautiful transformation! We would also like to thank Wint Services, LLC Owner: Beth Wint for also getting us a dumpster, you’re the best. And a huge shoutout to Pointe Construction Inc. for tagging alone and helping make this deck look beautiful.
And finally we are done! (for now). We laid down some beautiful composite decking. Dressed it up with vinyl post wraps and some beautiful vinyl railings with black spindles. We will be removing the lower boards and replacing it with the same deck boards. This is just the start of this project, we will be rebuilding the back deck and then siding the house.
We added joist in between the existing ones to make it 12” on center. Put a new face plate one and rebuilt the steps.
This week we had the pleasure to give this porch a nice face lift. Here are the photos of the demo.
This past week we remodeled this stairwell for a customer we painted the ceiling and added some very nice paneling to cover up the old wall paper. We also replaced the counter tops from those lovely brown to these very nice black ones added in a new sink and faucet.
Couple weeks ago we moved the washer n dryer and added a tub sink to our back room. We reused the cabinet from where the washer n dry once were and now that room will be split and half will be added to the master bath for a nice walk in shower and the other part is a walk in pantry for the kitchen more picture to follow

Sorry I haven’t done an update on the garage project the last few weeks. Been quite busy. But we are glad to say that the garage is officially done. For now. The customer would like a concrete pad put on the back and more concrete in the front. Customer would also like the garage insulated and drywalled this winter. Very pleased on how this project turned out.
We’ve been very busy the last few days. Got the block laid, walls framed, and the roof framed. We are ready to sheet on Monday and get the purlins on the roof so we can finish up the roof and hopefully start the siding and finish work.

For helping bring this project together.
Today we fought the heat and got the garage pad all formed up and ready for concrete! Unfortunately concrete won’t be here until Monday. Hopefully it’ll be a little cooler on Monday!
So yesterday we finally started the garage project. It has been a few months crossing our t’s and dotting our I’s but it’s finally a go. We started by taking down the old and getting everything cleaned up. A huge shoot out to Wint Services, LLC Owner: Beth Wint for hooking us up with dumpsters (best in the service for sure) and helping us get it all cleaned up. We also regraded the driveway while we had the mini there. Tomorrow we will be setting forms and getting ready for concrete on Monday.
Here are some pictures of the progress
Stay tuned!
We finally made the leap and got truck lettered we can’t thank A. B. Custom Design’s enough for the amazing job they did. Highly recommend using them. Thanks again man
Sometime you just get to busy working and forget to take a min and take a picture of the progress. Sorry for that. But anyways here is a before and after pic of a sled roof we built today for a customer to keep their new heating/cooling system out of the weather. Trim work and lattice will be done after the heating company is done installing the system.
Homeowner wanted something a bit better then the metal steps that they had. So we built a nice 5x8 deck with some cool steps!
