Just a little something from our long holidays. Recharging, refreshing, relaxing ♥️
Do you have a vacation this summer?
They say that you only need to spend 20 minutes a day on one thing to be successful.
Too little? It's 10 hours a month. 120 hours a year.
If you spend them focusing on your mental health and organising your life, you'll see that very life improve dramatically.
If you spend 20 minutes a day focusing on your work, you'll enjoy your job. You'll achieve your goals and not panic about them.
Why is it so easy to apply the 20-minute rule?
✨ To focus on something for 1-2 hours, you first need to calm down and get in the mood. You don't have to prepare for 20 minutes of work, just get going.
✨ You can spend 20 minutes on something difficult and it would be easy to persevere.
✨ 20 minutes may be a small amount of time, but even that can help you beat laziness and focus.
✨ Those magic 20 minutes give you a motivational boost: if the task has already been started, it's easier to keep going next time than to start all over again.
Over the next 2 weeks, we'll spend no more than 20 minutes reviewing and improving your relationship with work. And it'll give you the result you crave.
Imagine how great it would be: to do your work in a way that makes you interested and passionate instead of nervous. And to go home relaxed and satisfied at the end of the day.
It would only take 20 minutes a day. I promise you that. Just give it to yourself.
Send me a DM to join. Only a couple of days left.
🧐 8 hours a day: fun or not?
Why do I talk so much about work-life balance and yet suggest you focus on your work during my 2-week marathon?
👉🏻The answer is simple: work is a big part of our lives.
Not only do we spend at least 8 hours a day at out workplace, but we also put a lot of energy into our jobs, physically and emotionally.
And we can either feel cool and brilliant, feel that our work is important and that we find fulfilment through it - or not. And in that case, we can gradually become nervous and bored at the same time, feel underappreciated and meaningless, and yes - eventually burn out.
What happens to you depends 50% on your environment and the company and 50% on you personally. And that's good news, because it means you can do a lot about it!
👀 So I suggest you to focus on your job for a while. But focusing on it doesn't mean working more or harder! It means removing blocks that prevent you from enjoying your work.
And that leads to having time and energy to achieve your goals without much effort, to keep your balance, to have a life after work and just to have fun!
🔥So join us if you want one of the most important parts of your life to be satisfying, meaningful and inspiring. DM me to find out more.
The children go on holiday, but you still have to work. That's a pity.

"Can I find out what makes me burn out and fix it all by myself?"
Cutting the long story short: Yes, you can.
When I've faced burnout several years ago, I was basically on my own. I was a freelancer having no access to corporate insurance including psychotherapy, I couldn't afford a long sabbatical, and I really did not know where to start. The only thing I knew was I had to win or die. And in a couple of years I was the winner.
So yes, you can manage all by yourself. There are lots of books, podcasts and videos about burnout on the internet. In fact, there are TONS of them. And it will take you years to get the information you need out of them, and some more to try all those methods, throw away those which do not work, and transfer the rest into a system which will help you change your life. This can be done technically.
But if you don't want to spend the next several years in a low-energy state, sifting the Internet, trying desperately only to find out another idea does not lead to any significant result - there is a way. Just use the experience of those who have been there before. Me for example.
Yes, I have done all that for you. Out of tons of books and workshops I have built a clear and understandable system which I can share with you - and not only share. I'm ready to lead you all the way.
In three days we will begin carefully examining your life, your routines, your relationships with work and family, your beliefs and habits. And you surely will find out what can be changed to give you a significant energy level increase. What I have done in years you will do in weeks.
Are you ready to get yourself some help and support, and save years of your life? DM me with a "I want to join" message. Only three days left.
Tomorrow 26 June is the last day when you can sign up. Don't miss your chance.
You have certainly met them. Highly productive people. Those guys who get promoted every year and have doubled their salary since you met them, and who also have a family, hobbies, sports, and time to go to parties now and then.
You look at them with an acute feeling of envy. HOW?! HOW For heaven's sake, do they manage that?
I would guess that such people have a much better balance between things they spend energy on and things that refuel them.
Accomplishing a lot also does not mean working too hard and wasting a lot of energy on it. Things that drain us are usually the ones we are not so good at, the ones we do not accomplish too much at and do not get much pleasure or satisfaction from.
Remember the 80/20 rule? You get 80% of the results from 20% of your efforts. The point is to spend that 20% in an area that is truly important and meaningful. Usually, this is something you are good at and enjoy doing at the same time. In this case, you will most likely succeed. And with the exception of a few critical cases, you can leave out or delegate most of the rest and things will still go well.
You can apply this rule everywhere: at work, at home, in your social life.
Want to figure out what to focus on 20% of the time and what to avoid 80% of the time so you can get everything done that you need to and still have time and energy for things you really love? Shine at work and still have a life afterwards? Welcome to my 4-week coaching group starting June 27. Send me a DM "I want to join" to learn more.
"I recently thought I experienced burnout, I took a 3 week long holiday, felt inspired, relaxed, recharged, and had all these ideas of how I would change my work-life balance and routine after my break had ended. When I came back to my city and job, within a few days I felt immediately burned out and fed-up again. What gives?"
In fact, this is a fairly common story. You go on holiday and you're sure it'll help you and you'll come home relaxed and energised and the bad times will finally be over. But it doesn't.
It's not as surprising as it might seem. Your everyday life has remained the same and it still eats away at you. You may have gained some energy during a three-week holiday, but you can spend it again in the next three weeks. Or even faster. And then the vicious circle continues.
Burnout doesn't mean you're wrong. It means that the time has come to change something in your life. That's why a holiday doesn't really help.
Unfortunately, you can't change it in 2-3 weeks after your holiday, even if you try and are full of energy and motivation at the beginning. Your life, your work, your background, your social network and your beliefs have evolved over years to what they're now. And it takes time to rebuild them.
The good news is that even small steps can help you move forward. For example, delegating just a few tasks you hate, going for a walk (or at least a break!) during your lunch break and turning off your phone notifications after 8pm can help you feel alive at the end of the week.
And then these small steps develop into a system. In my coaching group we'll do just that: Examine your life, find the elements that need to be changed first, and make small changes that will bring you a lot.
After a while you'll feel that your everyday life gives you strength instead of draining you.
You only have 5 days left to join in. DM If you don't want to miss your chance.
There is no such thing as laziness.
Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to say: there is no such thing as laziness
When you think of goals you've set your sights on and never achieved, you might disagree. You wanted to start your own business, to read all those books piling up on your shelf, to improve your professional skills, to get a degree... But the more you try, the faster you find yourself in a cycle of self-loathing,when instead of getting things done you just watch TV and blame yourself for being lazy or unmotivated.
Stop blaming or pushing yourself. Why? Because this is not your fault.
Psychological research show that what we call laziness is actually either exhaustion, anxiety, reasonable doubts or other feelings that keep you from taking action. And this might happen to anyone, no matter how strong is your willpower.
If you want to fulfill your dreams, you need to find a right way to do it. That might mean delegation of authority, breaking your goal down into smaller and smaller steps until it becomes manageable, getting more information, working with your feelings to reduce anxiety, or all at once.
It may sound hard. But believe me, you can do it. All you need to be successful is to understand what you are struggling with and empathic and supportive environment.
Join my online coaching group starting June, 27 to get both. Within a month, you will understand the reasons for your so-called laziness, create a roadmap to overcome them, and begin to make your dreams come true.

"I thought only startup founders or top managers could burn out. You know, when you've tried everything and achieved everything and then sell your business and go Bali to live in an ashram and meditate 24/7."
That's what one of my clients told me. And it would have sounded funny if she hadn't been completely exhausted herself, struggling to figure out what was happening to her - and not succeeding. And all because of her belief: "I don't work THAT much, and I haven't achieved that much, how can I be burnt out?"
But the truth is that you can burn out in almost any profession. The high-risk group includes people who help others, such as doctors, nurses, psychologists. But also teachers, managers and many others, including people who take care of their children or elder relatives, or make a lot of everyday decisions, or simply experience big changes in their lives.
And it's one of our beliefs that leads us very quickly into burnout: "I don't deserve rest or help if I haven't done enough". The amount considered enough can vary, but it's always more than we can do.
This is just one of the beliefs that can significantly affect your life. But if you've fallen into the state of lack of energy, you definitely have one or more of these that prevent you from taking enough care of yourself.
Do you know them?
I invite you to identify your negative beliefs and learn how to dismantle them. Join my online coaching group and in one month you'll find out what it feels like to really be on your side. You can only sign up until 27 June, so don't miss this opportunity!
"On the verge of burning out? Just do things that give you quality rest and fill you with joy".
🤔You hear that a lot. And it really is easier to say than to do.
The problem is that when we're in a low-energy state, we feel like nothing interests us anymore. Things that used to give us pleasure demand too much energy from us. Meeting up with friends, going hiking, doing sports or pursuing hobbies sounds like a second job that needs to be done. And in no time, your recovery methods are limited to staying at home, watching TV, eating or taking a nap. And that only recovers you a little physically and almost not at all emotionally.
🔥They say: make a list of 100 things you can do as a rest. But when I tried to make such a list during my own burnout, I couldn't think of more than 5-10 activities. And it turned out that I never got around to actually doing them.
This is why you need to think ahead a bit at the first sign of an energy low. Filling your life with things that increase your energy is a way of developing new habits. Organise a system that runs automatically, even when you don't feel well. This requires a certain amount of attention and accuracy - and will cost you some energy the first time.
It sounds like a vicious circle, and sometimes it really is.
⚡️But don't worry, this problem can be solved.
In my coaching group on burnout we'll focus on bringing such a system into your life. Step by step you'll find out things that will refuel you and that you can do even when you feel tired and exhausted. You'll take baby steps and see how they gradually change your life and lead you to recovery. And even if one day things get worse again - having a bunch of good habits and energy sources will help you stay afloat.
Ready to build your own lifeline? 👉🏻Send me a PM with "I want to join".
❓ The main question that people dealing with burnout ask: "How long does it last? I've been exhausted for a very long time. Nothing interests me or makes me happy and I've lost all my motivation. I also feel like I've no energy and sometimes my brain feels foggy. When will I be back to normal?"
And I tell them: I don't know.
It all depends on your situation.
🔸 If you're facing burnout for the first time and only recently, you might just need some changes in your life and some rest to fully recover.
🔸 If you've been in this state for several years and were overworked and extremely productive before that, it'll take much, much longer.
✨ But sooner or later you'll recover. On one condition: Start. Right. Now.
But usually that doesn't happen. People who realise they're burnt out or on the verge of it try to deal with it themselves. They plan a break and waste it feeling guilty about not working. They quit their job and get another one that drains them just as much. They keep overexerting themselves and don't get enough sleep and exercise.
And it takes them at least 1.5 to 2 years to get help.
And then I look at them and think: NOW it'll take a long time. 😔
Designing your life so that you've constant sources of energy is a very important task that's very difficult for you to do alone. To find and eliminate the reasons for your personal burnout, to develop new habits that help you regain and maintain a high energy level, you need both information and support.
And that's exactly what you get in my online coaching group "How to Recharge Your Battery" starting on 27th June. 🚀
Want your recovery to go as fast as possible? Don't be left without help and support. Start right now.
To join the group, sign up at DM with the words "I want to join".
You wake up at the crack of dawn, get a cup of coffee and head off to work. There are so many tasks that there's always something left undone, and you still have deadlines to meet. So you take a deep breath and throw yourself into the fray.
Only in the evening do you come to your senses and realise that it's time to go home - and you haven't had lunch yet.
You come home and dream of lying down until tomorrow. You go to the kitchen to get something from the fridge - and see a mountain of unwashed dishes.
😤After such a week, all you can think about is getting enough sleep. And maybe finally tidying up the flat. If you have the energy. But usually you don't.
Friends, hobbies and any time for something you enjoy no longer exist in your life. And gradually you realise that nothing brings you joy any more.
At work, everything becomes more difficult. You dream of year-long holiday. Or finally quitting your job. But at the same time the thought that you might get fired causes panic.
👉🏻Familiar?
If so, you're not alone.
The good news is that burnout always has a cause. So it can be eliminated. And to do that, you've to find out what's robbing you of energy.
⏳Doing this alone takes a lot of time and is quite difficult. It's more effective with the help of a therapist, but therapy is expensive and it's hard to find a specialist who suits you.
But you badly want to get out of this vicious circle. Get your life back. Start enjoying your work again, meeting friends and just having fun.
🔥I've been helping my clients cope with burnout since 2020. And over the years, all my methods have evolved into a clear structure. With it anyone facing this problem can align their life so that they've enough energy for everything they want.

🔥How do you usually work?
Previously I knew only how to work hard and even harder after. No doubt I burnt out after this crazy work marathon. Now I'm trying to have everything in balance: to have little breaks between work and rest properly after.
Can't say, that it's always perfect. I'm a human and I can be in a flow state when I work and just forget about everything around. But it's fine! The most important is to notice when you are tired - and take care of yourself.
Remember this moment, when you did something that you regret or feel uncomfortable with? I recommend you to remember all of this and use it in this exercise.

It's a sign that helps you to improve or change something in your life. And this change can lead you to a more healthy lifestyle, different career, and life choices.
