What a weekend. put on an amazing show. What other show gives a 5' high trophy. Just a great show in every aspect. Even had a guest poser, got the crowd going at 340lb to kick off the Night show.
Anyway works not done till next weekend for .
I just want to thank my wife for everything she does for me, I'll go into more detail next weekend. And thankyou to my coach the level of detail and attention you give your athletes is second to none! Thankyou for everything!

They have gotten bigger since splitting biceps and triceps up and having no designated arm day. You might have to play around with a few different scenarios to find what works for you.
