Volvemos después de un tiempo desaparecidos con la visita que hicimos anoche a , uno de los restaurantes que tiene en Valencia.

Un sitio suuuuper top que tenéis que visitar. Su menú degustación es perfecto para probar sus platos de temporada!

Ya es la segunda vez que vamos por Utrecht y acabamos en este sitio tan guay, ! Tienen una carta super amplia dividida por por países: Perú, México, Jordania, Brasil, China, Italia e India! Imposible decidirse!

En esta ocasión nos pedimos:
1. Pollo a la brasa
2. Causa peruana
3. Nacho Macho
4. Hummus
5. Koe loe kai
6. Berenjena a baja temperatura con arroz
7. Sushi con pescado

Y lo mejor de todo es que luego puedes quedarte allí mismo a tomar unos estupendos cócteles! 🥂🥂

It is already the second time we go to Utrecht and we end up in this cool place, ! They have a super wide menu divided by countries: Peru, Mexico, Jordan, Brazil, China, Italy and India! Impossible to decide!

This time we ordered:
1. Grilled chicken
2. Peruvian Causa
3. Nacho Macho
4. Hummus
5. Koe loe kai
6. Low temperature eggplant with rice
7. Sushi with fish

And best of all, you can stay right there for some great cocktails afterwards! 🥂🥂

🇪🇸 LA LIANTA 🍽

En nuestro viaje express a Palma, reservamos con en La Lianta . Un local muy amplio, cerca del puerto y donde reponer fuerzas después de un día de calor agobiante!

Nos pedimos sus platos estrella: la ensaladilla “de siempre”, huevos rotos con rabo de ternera y canelones de carrillera de ternera con bechamel trufada. Todo muy bueno! Por poner una pega, los canelones eran un poco pequeños para ser un plato principal.

On our express trip to Palma, we booked with at La Lianta. A very spacious place, close to the port and where to regain strength after a day of oppressive heat!

We ordered their star dishes: the “ensaladilla as usual”, scrambled eggs with veal tail and veal cheek cannelloni with truffled bechamel. All very good! On the downside, the cannelloni were a bit small for a main course.

Best handmade noodles ever at in The Hague. We need to go back again!!!!

Como os contamos hace poco, visitamos y nos compramos algunos de sus productos italianos. Así que era el momento de probarlos!

La masa de la pizza está hecha con harina , dejada fermentar durante más de 24 h y con masa madre casera de Mr. Prandial! Con un poco de tomate triturado para la base, queso mozzarella y el salami picante que compramos, quedó de 10! Una masa crujiente de las que nos encantan 🤤🤤🤤

Qué aproveche el fin del finde!

As we told you recently, we visited and bought some of their Italian products. So it was time to try them!

The pizza dough is made with flour, left to ferment for more than 24 h and with Mr. Prandial's homemade sourdough! With a little crushed tomato for the base, mozzarella cheese and the spicy salami we bought, it turned out great! A crunchy dough of the kind we love 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

En pleno barrio de Ruzafa, encontramos con platos muuuuy zalameros, tal y como ellos mismos dicen.

Su carta es para volverse loco. Nosotros nos cogimos: buñuelos de pulpo, croquetas de Denia, coca d’Ontinyent, coca Montgó, coca Mi-Cuit y crema quemada de postre. Todo buenísimo y hecho al momento. 🤤🤤🤤

In the neighborhood of Ruzafa, we find with very zalamero dishes, as they themselves say.

Their menu is to go crazy. We had: octopus fritters, croquettes from Denia, coca d'Ontinyent, coca Montgó, coca Mi-Cuit and crème brûlée for dessert. All very good and made at the moment. 🤤🤤🤤
