When the munchkins ask to go shopping at “mommy’s store” to get gifts for their teachers, I’m happy to oblige 🥰

So I held an after school scent-sory (sensory) session with my littles and let them select their favorite fragrances based on their teachers’ likes and personalities (Inkwell, Another Life and Sweet Haven were the top 3). They went one step further and picked out the warmers and gift bags too!

I’m thankful they have such giving hearts and are intentional about how to make gifts personalized to the recipient.

A little goes a long way…

These precious little jars are our wickless candles. Similar to our wax tarts, they are flameless and pack a big punch. Made to be an alternative to traditional candles,simply place them on a candle warmer (we have a few in stock), and let them do their job 👍🏾 Our customers love the wickless candles because they’re great for most spaces from the home office to powder room. ✅

Felt a bit nostalgic this morning so I blended up this baby to help me reminisce on my college days, driving up to DC and hanging at my fave lounge on U Street. IYKYK 😏😏

Woke up this morning with a strong case of the Mondays 🥴😫😕

I took a moment (as I try to do every morning) for meditation and prayer to hopefully shake off my mood. As I looked over at my phone to check the time, I see that an order from a familiar person came thru overnight. Mood instantly brightened ☀️🥰

As an only child, I cherish my friendships abundantly. My friends are the siblings I never had. And after seeing this email notification from a friend of more than 30 years (since 3rd grade)…a friend I haven’t physically seen in the flesh since 1999 (or so) I took an extra moment to thank God for all the beautiful souls that I’ve been blessed to call friend/brother/sister. Loyal and loving friends that are still supporting your dreams and reminding you that they are cheering you on from near and far.

So in this moment as I package this mornings order, I no longer have the case of the Monday’s thanks to God and my dear friend!

One thing I love most about our fragrances is the potency. And it’s all because of the base ingredient - beeswax!

🐝 Did you know that beeswax is one of the most clean burning, long lasting waxes? What does this mean?

Sitting here prepping a couple of fun orders to some sweet folks in Texas and having an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

It’s in these moments, after I’ve wrapped an order and packed it for shipment that I’m humbly reminded why I chose to venture into becoming a small business owner and maker.
