You may often hear or see these words and expressions on my page but don’t understand what I’m talking about and what it is.
Therefore, I want to talk on my page about this topic and the desserts that I make. About the ingredients that I use in my desserts to expand on the topic of unbaked treats.
Perhaps you will learn something new for yourself, or perhaps share your knowledge, which I will be happy about.
The desserts I make are made only from plant based ingredients and are not heat treated. They are ground in a processor or blended, dried in a dehydrator and stabilized in the refrigerator or freezer.
Since desserts do not contain white flour, there is no need to bake them, and I am not at all friendly with the oven and dough. That’s why plant-based desserts won me over and became my favorite.

7. At school I had unsatisfactory grades in English.
8. My first job in Canada was as a freelance makeup artist at Shiseido.
9. My favorite color is green.
10. I climbed volcanoes in Bali three times.

Ingredients in raw plant based desserts.
Today I would like to touch on the topic of the main ingredients in raw plant based desserts I use.
Nuts for crust, cream or decor-cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts,hazelnuts.
Dates for crust, caramel and paste.
Shredded coconut, coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut butter for cream or for crust.
Cacao butter, cacao powder, cacao mass.
Essential oils.
Lemon or lime juice.
As a sweetener I use maple syrup or coconut sugar depending on desert.
Vanilla extract.
Fresh or frozen berries or fruits.
Dried or dehydrated fruits or berries.
To color the cream I use natural dyes such as turmeric, spinach, beets root powder, blue or green matcha, spirulina.
These are the main ingredients I most often use when making desserts. Depending on the taste of the dessert, the ingredients may change and additional ones may be added.
In the future, I will talk more about ingredients and what for they are used in desserts.
Hello Beautiful People. My name is Olesya. Welcome to my plant based desserts page. I see that I have a lot of new followers and I think it's time to briefly introduce myself and get to know each other.
I have been in the World of plant based desserts since 2018. Desserts came into my life by chance through Instagram and captivated me immediately.
I love sweets very much, but I have always been looking for a healthy alternative to store-bought sweets and baked goods. I don’t like desserts full of sugar and I really don’t like working with dough and baking. When raw food desserts came into my life, I immediately realized that this was a love for life.
I studied online with several teachers, offline in Bali and practiced and experimented a lot so that one fine day I could start delighting you with cakes, chocolate and truffles, and also sometimes teach.
I still sometimes continue to experiment with your orders and do something new and thank you for that.
In future posts I will talk more about myself and plant-based desserts.

Summer is still going on, despite the fact that the air already smells of autumn and the leaves on the trees are already changing their color.
Almost every year in September I dedicate time to myself and go abroad. This year was no exception. And that's why you can order your favorite desserts or try new ones only until September 9th.

This year I have a lot of cake orders for children's birthdays.
I am very glad that parents choose desserts without refined sugar and without artificial ingredients for their children already at a young age. And also, I am glad that I am involved in the preparation of such desserts from plant based ingredients.
My last order was a Barbie theme birthday cake for a two year old girl. Raspberry raw plant based cake was the best decision and was made in two levels. All the kids loved it, as well as the adults. And of course, not a single piece was left, and this is the best compliment for me.

At the end of last year, I met an amazing woman .lipa.moves and she needed a nanny for her youngest daughter. By the will of fate, I became a nanny.
Our not so long acquaintance changed our lives for the better and in a new direction. She inspires me, I inspire her.
She pushed me to host my first chocolate workshop which was a success for me and for the guests.
After the first event, Sasha and I immediately decided to organize a new one, because why wait a long time and put off until later what can be done now.
I have experience and knowledge in the preparation of plant cuisine, raw desserts and chocolate. Sasha, a mother of two wonderful daughters, has experience in holding a yoga events, art therapy for adults and children, and she also teaches Pilates.
Therefore on April 30, we will hold our first Spring Wellness Event together.
My mission is to give you a master class on how to make orange and ginger truffles. I will treat you with a delicious and healthy Indonesian Jamu drink and feed you with appetisers made from plant based ingredients.
Together with Sasha, you will dive into the depths of the subconscious with the help of art therapy with paints, and she will also conduct Pilates inspired movements for you.

I am glad that last Sunday I gave a workshop on making chocolate. I took a new step in my life and went into the unknown. The event was magical, joyful at some moments spontaneous.
