Hello ladies I have been big on getting the right amount of sleep these days. Sometimes it can be hard depending on what you do for a living. That being said we need to be aware of health risk and other things that will happen to us if we neglect sleep. Here are some things that I found out while researching sleep deprivation.

Alcohol makes you do stupid things when you consume to much of it. In Ephesians 5:18 it saids “do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery.” I’m 100% positive we all have been there and regret a handful of nights. You ever notice that Alcohol is the only drug that no one questions you about taking, but look at you crazy if you do not take part in.
