Unfortunately we have had to make the sad decision that the girls will not carry on racing in the Mini Super Twos. With the current pandemic the girls have lost a bit of interest with not being able to get out on track.

Those who know us as a family know that Violet has Type 1 Diabetes, we have never let this stop her doing anything she wishes, but had written the rest of this season off following guidelines to keep her shielded and not exposed to any unnecessary risk.

The final decision was made for us with the formula suddenly moving away from Swaffham Raceway and moving over to Spedeworth. With Birmingham being the main track they will be racing at for the time being.

We would like to thank all our Sponsors past and present for their support of the girls, we are so immensely proud of what they have achieved and maybe one day in the not so distant future they’ll be back out on track...... who knows what in next time! 😉

Good watch to see what Rhyan use to do this was a couple of boys she use to race with when she was in ninja karts also shows how brave these kids are getting out on track well done all involved

Finally home after a very long day racing.
The girls had a great time, shame about the weather but it’s a good learning experience for them on a wet, greasy track.
Heat 1 was stopped 2 laps in due to an accident and the heat was not re-run but everyone ok.
Heat 2 Violet placed an impressive 4th and unfortunately Rhyan made a wrong tyre choice (she may listen to me next time) and suffered bad handling and had to retire.
In the final we believe they placed 8th & 9th, both came off with big smiles so good days all round.
Roll on the end of the month with a days practice on the Saturday and racing on the Sunday.
