Coconut Mango Delight
1 scoop Vanilla Complete๐
1/2 cup h**p milk or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 teaspoon pure lemon extract
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons unsweetened, un-sulfured raw shredded coconut
Blend ingredients for 30-40 seconds in a high speed blender.

HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE NICE-CREAM
Ingredients:
1 scoop or 1 sachet of Complete by Juice Plus+ Chocolate
100 ml 1% skimmed milk (or an unsweetened plant-based milk)
2 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
handful of hazelnuts, soaked in the milk
Directions:
1) Prep your bananas. Peel and cut your banana in chunks. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
2) Soak your nuts! Add the hazelnuts to the milk and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
3) Blend it! Add the frozen banana chunks, hazelnuts, milk and Complete by Juice Plus+ Chocolate powder into the a mixer. Blend gently (not too long) till it has a nice-cream consistency.
4) Decorate with some berries of your choice and eat your NICE-Cream :-)

Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla complete protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c rolled oats, ground
1/4 c maple syrup
2 Tbsp creamy almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine protein powder, cinnamon, ground oats. add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract. add water until you can roll in your hands; form into balls. roll into cinnamon sugar. store in air-tight container in fridge.

Ingredients
2 apples cored and cut into chunks
1 banana
2 a large handfuls of fresh spinach
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, or the dairy-free yogurt of your choice (we like coconut yogurt)
1 cup cold water, apple juice, milk or dairy-free milk
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender. Leave the peels on the apples for added nutrients and fibre (be sure to wash them well first).
Blend on high speed until well blended and smooth.
