We hope everyone is having a great week. The lookout is now accepting reservations for 2024 starting Memorial Day weekend. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. We look forward to hearing from you all!
Rates:
Spring & Summer - $275 a night
(Cleaning fee $100)
We do allow 1 trained dog with an additional Pet Fee $75.

Welcome to The Lookout Rental located on the main channel of Lake Tillery in Norwood, NC. Whether you are looking to relax, fish, boat, or swim—the lookout has it all. This newly renovated fully furnished rental is 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a screened in porch. It can accommodate 6-8 guest.
Pricing: The daily rental rate is $180 a night except holiday weekends of Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Cleaning fee is $75 for your stay. Please message or email to inquire about holiday weekend pricing. In addition, The lookout is a 2-night minimum rental.
