At the start of the season, our game didn't go as planned, and we suffered defeat in our first two matches. It was a tough blow for us all, but we refused to let it define us.

With determination in our hearts and fire in our souls, we turned every setback into an opportunity for growth. Our team worked tirelessly, analyzing our mistakes, and fine-tuning our strategies. We knew that greatness would not come easy, but we were willing to put in the effort to make a comeback.

Slowly but surely, we began to see the results of our hard work. We discovered our strengths, strengthened our weaknesses, and started to win matches. Each victory became a stepping stone, fueling our confidence and igniting a fierce spirit within us.

In the final league match of the season, tomorrow on 23rd of July, we are squared off against the formidable Youngster FC in a game that hold crucial significance for our team. As always, the stakes are high, and the outcome of this match would determine our final position in the league standings.

Better late than never! In the previous week, in an exhilarating match between our team and the formidable White Dragon FC, we emerged victorious with a stunning 12-0 win.
Right from the kickoff, our team displayed incredible determination and attacking prowess. It didn't take long for us to break the deadlock, as Nima Topray Dorjee Gyeltshen, one of our star players, scored the first goal of the game. With his lightning-fast speed and impeccable ball control, Nima dribbled past several defenders before unleashing a powerful shot that sailed into the top corner of the net. The crowd erupted in cheers as Nima celebrated his remarkable goal.

Inspired by Nima's early strike, our team continued to dominate the game. Our midfielders displayed exceptional passing and vision, constantly supplying our forwards with pinpoint through balls and crosses. Our strikers, fueled by their hunger for goals, unleashed a barrage of shots on the opposition's goal.
Kenny Lhendup and Jigme Wangchuk had their names on the scoresheet with 5 goals each.

Fans filled every square inch of the stadium for a highly anticipated match between two fierce rivals, creating an exciting atmosphere. Although both sides had shown off their skills throughout the game, the action really picked up in the closing minutes.

Both teams had comparable amounts of ball control and multiple opportunities to score, but both defences had shown to be resolute. It appeared that the Sherig United would win a close match with just minutes left on the clock.
However, Phuensum United was given a significant free kick right beyond the penalty area in the 88th minute. The excitement increased as the stadium held its breath. The fans was aware that this was their team's final opportunity to earn a point in the match.
You could see the aplomb in the striker's eyes as he rose to take the free kick. The stadium was tense, with many clenching their chairs in expectation. The striker fired an unstoppable shot at the opposition's goal as soon as the referee sounded his whistle.

The ball expertly curled and dipped as it flew through the air. The game's outstanding goalkeeper attempted a desperate lunge, but the shot was too potent and precise. Ecstasy erupted across the stands as the ball smashed into the goal. Kenny Lhendup's equalizing goal ended up the match as 3:3 draw.

Today, our team played an amazing match and emerged victorious! It was a true display of skill, strategy, and teamwork. The players executed the game plan flawlessly, with a strong defense maintaining a clean sheet and a skilled offense that scored crucial goals. Opening goal was scored by our very own Jigme at the 22nd min followed by Nidup at 47th min and the third goal scored by our big brother and captain Topray Dorjee Gyeltshen at the 59th min. Team’s communication and mental toughness were exemplary, and they showed great adaptability when needed. But let's not forget the importance of good sportsmanship. Our team not only played well but also showed respect for the opposing team and officials. It was a great win, and we are proud of our team's second victory.
