This year out Halloween display is Friday the 13th. so we needed a campfire (of course) but could do a real fire so we made this prop.
1. Plywood base.
2. Create a wood teepee. (Hot glue gun pieces in place)
3. Get an orange set of lights and weave in and out and all around the base. Hot glue sections in place as needed.
4. Great stuff foam (1” gap). Spray foam all around the base of wood, covering all lights (be sure to leave both ends of light sting exposed)
5. Once foam is hard hit it with some black spray paint. Then a little red. Paint for your desired look.
6. Place a ”flaming pumpkin light” (picked up at Spirit ) in center to give it that fire flicker.
That’s it. Enjoy my fiends!!!
