Random tip of the day. Find a workout partner it helps motivate yourself and push pass your limits, plus they can help make sure your doing the exercise correctly so you dont injure yourself.
Random tip of the day, listen to the clues your body gives. Dont just push yourself to the point where you feel like fainting or hurting internally so take a break or even a day off cause why risk your health their is no need to rush to get fit let it develop over time
Do you always feel like your always hungry but your afraid to put on a few pounds well I highly recommend to drink lots of water cause it will hold you off till it's time for a meal
Ok if your trying to lose weight but healthy foods are just to expensive, well the best thing you can do is go to a dollar tree and only take $1 and buy a boxed meal and its already portioned out so no need to worry on over eating and not too much money being spent so it's a win win but... it still not enough nutrition to stabilize with a workout plan so make sure you have protein bars if you ever want a snack in between 🙂
