One of my favorite breakfasts
Egg bake- mushrooms, 2eggs and Swiss cheese
I bake it or make it on stove. When I bake it β¦ I mix it all together and put in pan and bake usually 350 for 20 minutes. If on stove I scramble eggs without anything just egg and add mushrooms and cook when close to being done I add Swiss cheese to the top.
What do I drink?
Water majority of the time.
Unsweetend Tea
Crystal Light - sometimes
Sparkling Water - Ice
In my water I will put Skinny mixes in them to add flavor if I want something different.
I have not had pop for almost 4 years and dont miss it.
I been asked alot if I eat snacks
Well it all depends on the day.
Morning snacks are different than the afternoon.

I never eat anything after supper
I thought I clarify with everyone since some questions have come up.
Yes I do eat fruit I usually eat strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes.
If I eat cantaloupe I dont eat it after 5pm because it is more carb fruit.
The shake varies. Usually I have a Fairlife shake because I am not that hungry or busy with work extra.
Do I snack between meals. It all depends on what is going on.
My favorite snack is
Greek Yogurt Vanilla with pecans and put it in the freezer let freeze for 1hr or so and then take it out take like frozen yogurt.

I had a good week. I just lost 1/2 of a lb though I am ok with that as I was told once take it how your body feels and is doing. Well we went and usually by the time Sunday come I am so tired I just want to sit around instead! I am good to go!! Feeling good which helps when you eat well!!
