What would you prefer? Something sweet or salty, sour or sweet, spicy or bitter? We can do all this combinations flavours as filling in our desserts. Macarons can taste with cheese, olive oil, red paper and even parmesan flavours. It sound little strange, but it is possible. Would you like to try spicy or salted caramel macarons? Do you know how to define the quality of macarons?
They are soft, like very soft! The shells are full, fluffy and soaked up with chocolate ganache. If are crumble then they’ve already stayed for some time. Expiration time of the macarons is 4-5 days in fridge. So, now you know the main tip to check!
