What Is A Winning Product?⁣

Finding winning products is one of the most challenging aspects of dropshipping for most people. The problem is that most people are looking for a Winning Product but don’t know what it looks like. ⁣

If you want to find a Winning Product, you first need to know the characteristics of a winning product and have a clear picture of what you need to look for, or else you will be wasting your time looking for a needle in a haystack. ⁣

So, without wasting your time and without any BS, here are 3 key characteristics of a Winning Product to help you with your product research: ⁣

1 - The Product Should Have A Wow-Factor: ⁣

In short, it’s a product that you see and think, “What? I have never seen that before! That’s awesome!”⁣

That’s the kind of reaction your potential buyers should have when they see the product, as this will entice them to learn more about it, therefore going down the sales funnel to potentially turn into a paying customer. ⁣

2 - The Product Should Solve A Problem: ⁣

Another great characteristic to find in a product is that it solves a problem.⁣

This is because whenever people have problems, they will be willing to pay for a solution.⁣

Your goal is to convince them that your product is the solution to their problem!⁣

If your product is solving a problem and you are able to make your audience realise that, the value that the product will add to the buyer's life will be convincing enough for them to buy the product and you can also charge a premium price because you are solving an actual problem for them and making their life easier. ⁣

3 - The Product Should Have Good Profit-Margins⁣

A characteristic that you will find across almost all winning dropshipping products is a good profit margin.⁣

A good profit margin will ensure that you will have room to spend money on things like buying the product, marketing, and other costs and still be left with a profit at the end.⁣

Perceived value is something that has a lot to do with this. It will partly determine how much you can charge for the product you are selling.⁣

I hope this helps you out, if you have any questions leave them in the comment section below and I’d be more than happy to answer in as much detail as possible.

𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞⁣

Your conversion rate heavily depends on how you’ve designed your website and I don’t just mean the visual elements but more importantly the structure of your website. ⁣

Most websites are filled with unnecessary content that does not serve any purpose in the customer conversion funnel. ⁣

When building your website, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 and that it’s sole purpose is to push your visitor towards turning into a paying customer. ⁣

You might think that by continually adding resources, contact forms, and pop-ups that you’re adding value.⁣

However, in 99% of the cases that is not true. What you are doing is distracting the visitor and confusing them, you are making it hard for them to purchase the product they came to the website for. ⁣

What they want to know is that they’ve come to the right place and that you can take care of everything that needs to happen. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱.⁣

The only value you need to focus on is making sure they understand how important your product is for them and that they trust you, nothing else matters. ⁣

Learn to streamline your website and remove any unnecessary content/sections and trust me you will see a drastic increase in conversions. ⁣

Hope this helped you, if you have any questions or have something to add to the post, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. ⁣

𝟑 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠⁣

1️⃣ 𝗨𝗡𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁣

Let me walk you through the journey of a new dropshipper:⁣

They are sitting around one Saturday afternoon and eventually land on a dropshipping YouTube video. Then they watch a dozen more. ⁣

By the end of the afternoon, they’re convinced this is the key to their financial future.⁣

Dropshipping will be easy. If they don’t have to purchase and carry products or deal with shipping, it’s basically a license to print money, most think.⁣

Excited, they immediately find a product, build the website (often heading over to Fiverr to do it on the cheap and getting scammed by receiving a sh*tty websites), and maybe even fall prey for a “𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙞, 𝙗𝙪𝙮 𝙢𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 $𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝟑𝟎 𝙙𝙖𝙮” scheme and they buy a stupid get rich quick course.⁣

With everything set up, they launch, and guess what…...…crickets. Two months later, they’ve maybe made a few sales but hardly any profit if not hundreds and thousands in loss. Another month in, they quit convinced that dropshipping is a scam.⁣

While dropshipping is absolutely a viable way to have your own ecommerce business, like most “get rich quick” plans, the quick is relative and often involves a lot of hard work.⁣

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁. 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱.⁣

Lower your expectations, understand you’re playing a long game, and over time you will actually find the success you expected right out of the gate. I always tell people to realize that dropshipping is just like any other real business, it’s not a get rich quick scheme. ⁣

2️⃣ 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛⁣

One area where you will want to take your time and actually dive deep into the research pool is when it comes to selecting products.⁣

What should you be considering when you’re looking at products? For starters, these things:⁣

🤔𝙄𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜?⁣

Seems like a no-brainer, but in their excitement to get started, many aspiring drop shippers latch onto a product they think sounds perfect, only to realize months later that no one is actually buying that product.⁣

If you’re selling items through places like AliExpress, make sure you look at the sales velocity. If it’s an item that isn’t moving, it’s not the right product for your business.⁣

🤔 𝙄𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙣?⁣

Maybe you’ve found an item that draws orders like crazy. Great, right? Not so fast.⁣

If the item moves in huge volumes but has a very slim profit margin for you, it might not be worth your time. Check the margin before making a decision.⁣

🤔 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚?⁣

Finally, you’ll want to find a product that has a good sales volume and a decent profit margin. You’ll also want to find one that has low competition.⁣

As a starting drop shipper, you’re probably not going to be as good at moving profitable items as the bigger experienced guys. If you can find a niche item and get ahead of the curve, that’s a recipe for success.⁣

3️⃣ 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚⁣

At some point early in your dropshipping career, you’ll invariably think “I could really get more sales if I just undercut the competition on the price.”⁣

The idea of a loss leader product is not new. However, it works for giant retailers like Amazon and Walmart because shoppers trust them.⁣

When you lower prices well below the competition as a dropshipper, it tends to make potential customers wary. A deal that sounds too good to be true often is, and low prices will generally convince customers they’re buying an inferior product (even if your product is the same as the competition).⁣

Beyond that, you also cut into your own profit margin. So, while you may make more sales, you’ll have to generate more sales to make the same revenue you’d have made at the original price.⁣

These are just 3 of many key mistakes dropshippers make and what end up being the reason for their unsuccessful stores, now that you know what not to do, I hope you keep these in mind and avoid them at all costs. ⁣

Hope this helped you, if you have any questions or have something to add to the post, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. ⁣

𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐏𝐌’𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐓𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐱 𝐈𝐭⁣⁣
⁣⁣

No one likes High CPM’s, and ad costs can really kill your budget. I see a few people talking about how to lower CPM and that’s all good but in this post I wanna talk about 1 Reason why your ads aren’t performing well and at the same time have 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 𝗖𝗣𝗠’𝘀 and how to fix it and this is one that almost no one talks about.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
When starting out, I know it can be a challenge to create an ad yourself and copying an already successful ad may not seem like a bad thing to do which is why I’ve seen a lot of beginners exactly copy the ad video/photo and description and make their own ad out of it.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This will not work, especially if the copied ad already has a lot of views.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Facebook can detect that your content is copied, and will therefore penalize your ad delivery.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is also a reason for HIGH CPM (𝘾𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙚𝙧 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨) and this rise in CPM will also cause all other costs to rise as well, therefore making the chances of being profitable very slim.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
While you shouldn’t copy someone else’s ad, you can use them as examples to get some inspiration for your own ad.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Look at successful ads, read their comments and see what people like the most about the ad, what they have done right, what they have done wrong, how they have grabbed the attention of people and then from that info, learn and make a better ad for yourself. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I hope this helps you and if you have any questions, let me know in the comment section below and I would be more than happy to answer them.⁣⁣

𝐃𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐲!

Remember the last time you bought stuff on Amazon? You most likely checked to see what other customers said about the product before making a purchase, right?⁣

But why is that? As consumers we want to know what other people are saying about the product and we trust other customers because it’s more relatable, so our buying decision is heavily based on what other customers say about the product. ⁣

This is called Social Proof and when it comes to eCommerce is 𝘾𝙍𝙐𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇, if you want to build a successful brand then it is not even a consideration but a necessity for you to have social proof on your website. ⁣

Here’s why:⁣

You know that your products are amazing. Your regular buyers also know they’re getting the best value for money when buying from your brand. But your new visitors won’t always take your word for it. ⁣

Social proof comes in a lot of different ways but with eCommerce the most common way is through reviews and testimonials. ⁣

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝟲𝟭% 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲. ⁣

You can see how big of an effect it has on whether someone buys from you or not.⁣

Social proof also increases trust and as I’ve said in previous posts of mine, 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧 = 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦. ⁣

So, if you aren’t already then start to add reviews and testimonials to your website and also start asking your customers to leave a review so that it keeps growing and the more reviews/testimonials you have, higher your conversion rate will be. ⁣

Hope this helped you, if you have any questions or have something to add to the post, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. ⁣

𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 & 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬⁣

If you have been in the dropshipping space for a while, I am sure you will agree that Product Research is the hardest part and the most time consuming as well. ⁣

This is because most people do not know what they are looking for and it is all a game of hit or miss for them. ⁣

In this post I am going to walk you through exactly what a winning product is and help you understand what product research really is. ⁣

(𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦)⁣

Everyone wants to find a “𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁” but if you ask them what a winning product is, funny enough most people will have no idea and this is where the problem starts. ⁣

In order to find winning products you first need to understand what they are but don’t worry let me break it down for you. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
To put it into simple words:⁣

𝘼 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙪𝙜𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙪𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Now, with millions of products out there it's hard to find good products. It's like finding a needle in a haystack and that is why most people get stuck spending days trying to find a good product but guess what, you don't have to do that. Let me tell you the only two types of product's that you should be focusing on: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝟮. 𝗪𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿⁣⁣

It is easier to sell problem solving products because of the value they bring to a person and if you show that in your ad and ad copy and target the right audience you can successfully sell it. ⁣⁣

Here’s my ending advice: ⁣

⁣⁣
𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣'𝙩 𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡. ⁣

You can't just find a product and then test it, you need to properly qualify it before you decide to run ads and as for what we do and what we teach, we follow a 2 step qualification process and in this process we use actual data and numbers to qualify each product and then the products that meet our criteria and qualify the process, we then go ahead and test them and this way we not only save a lot of money but are also successful in finding winning product on a consistent basis.⁣⁣

Hope this helped you, if you have any questions or have something to add to the post, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. ⁣

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬? - 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐖𝐡𝐲!⁣

Most of you can relate to this: you have people coming to your website, they even browse around but your conversion rate is super low…….𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙔 𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙉’𝙏 𝘽𝙐𝙔𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘼𝙉𝙔𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂. ⁣

Well the first thing you need to do is analyze what the problem might be, and there are a ton of areas that could be causing this problem but one of the most common reasons is usually to do with your website, so that is what I’ll be covering in this post. ⁣

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀⁣

According to some research, the average human attention span is now 𝟖 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙨.⁣

Why does this matter to you? ⁣

It does because that means you as an ecommerce brand only have about 8 seconds to convince a visitor to stay or they move to the next thing⁣

The next question you might have is “how do I get people to stay?”⁣

The simple answer is 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘⁣

Poor user experience is a real deal-breaker; so you shouldn’t take it lightly. It comes in many forms:⁣

😕 Difficult or confusing navigation⁣

💬 Text and images slammed all over a page in an unthoughtful way⁣

🐌 Slow loading⁣

🧐 Illegible text⁣

👴 Poor or outdated design⁣

These are just a few things you DO NOT want on your website and if any of this applies to you, you need to fix it asap and give your website a facelift. ⁣

So, what should you do? ⁣

Keep Your Website Design Simple and Purposeful, I also like to call it the K.I.S Formula: 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘⁣

The better your website’s user experience, the more conversions you will get. That’s a no-brainer.⁣

Of course, you don’t have to be boring all for the sake of keeping things simple. The key is blending simplicity with elegance.⁣

Simplicity entails having a clean layout, a two or three-color scheme and plenty of white space, an average of two fonts, and the third one for your logo. Your graphics must have a purpose; to be both clickable and insightful.⁣

However, as I just said, don’t make your website boring while trying to keep things simple, and finding this balance of simplicity and elegance is where most brands fail and that is understandable if you do not have any experience building a professional website. ⁣

Hope this helped you, if you have any questions or have something to add to the post, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. ⁣

Pricing High-Ticket Products Guide.⁣

I consider high ticket products as products that cost $40+ to buy and ship from your supplier. The range of these products can be from $40 to upwards of $1000+⁣

There are couple of things you need to keep in mind and consider when pricing these products: ⁣

- Perceived value: When selling high-ticket products, you will have to make sure that the product’s perceived value is high. You can’t dropship a product which costs you $40 to buy, but is only worth $50 to most people. It’s essential that your product solves a big problem for people and that the product’s quality is really high. Only then will people pay a relatively high price for it.⁣

- Marketing costs: As you know, you’ll have a higher marketing cost for a more expensive product and high-ticket products take this to the next level since the CPP’s (cost per purchase) can be relatively high for these products. That’s why you will often need a big budget at the start to start dropshipping high-ticket products. I don’t recommend starting with these products if you are a beginner.⁣

High-ticket products are probably the most difficult to price. With these luxurious products, people won’t really care about a $10 price decrease or increase. Instead, they care about a high-quality product that will solve their problem and comes with superior customer service.⁣

Now, let’s go over the method that you should follow in order to decide your product selling price for high-ticket products:⁣

- Perceived value pricing:⁣

With these products, the main thing that determines how much you can charge for the product is your brand and your product’s perceived value.⁣

Let’s say we are selling a product that costs us $50 to buy and ship.⁣

If you just create a simple mediocre looking Shopify store and put a high ticket product in it, you will probably struggle a lot to sell the product even at a “cheap” price of $75.⁣

However, suppose you can come over to your customer as a real brand, with an excellent website, high quality images, and overall you look like a real brand and not like another common dropshipping store. In that case, you will be able to sell the $50 product for $300 or more!⁣

Doing all this increases the perceived value of their product, and is the reason why people are paying such a high price for it.⁣

So, when it comes to pricing a high-ticket product, it’s all about your brand.⁣

With high ticket products, people don’t pay for the product but the emotion and meaning behind it and that includes your brand. Think of Jordan’s, people buy jordans because of the brand and the emotion attached to them and not because of the materials used in the shoe. ⁣

So, that is how you go about pricing high-ticket products.⁣

Hope this helps you, if you have any questions leave them in the comments below and i’d be happy to answer them. ⁣

Wish you all the best.⁣

How To Optimize Your Store Images For Faster Speed⁣

Having a fast store is very important and is something that cannot be overlooked because trust me this will highly affect your sales. ⁣

A big part of your store is your images and here are a few tips to help you speed optimize your images in order to increase your store speed:⁣

- Image Optimization:⁣

One of the biggest resources in your Shopify store are the images.⁣

For example, the product images.⁣

Luckily, there are a few things you can do to optimize these images such as Image compression⁣

One way to make your image size smaller is to compress them.⁣

There are two ways that you can do this for the images on your Shopify store.⁣

One is to compress your images before uploading them to your store.⁣

And the other one is to use a Shopify app that takes care of the compression process automatically.⁣

This way you can just upload your images directly to Shopify without thinking about it.⁣

If you want to compress the images before uploading them to your Shopify store, Some great sites that you can use are:⁣

- CompressPNG & CompressJPEG⁣

- Optimizilla⁣

- Kraken.io⁣

However if you want to compress your images directly on shopify, here are a few apps you can use: ⁣

- Crush.pics⁣

- Image Optimizer⁣

- Photo Resize by Pixc⁣

- Choose The Right File Type:⁣

Shopify has mentioned in an article that choosing JPEG as your image file type is the best choice for an ecommerce store.⁣

I suggest you test it out for your Shopify store to see if you notice any difference in speed between using JPEG and using PNG as your image file type.⁣

One way to test this is to add a new product to your store. After that, add images while only using the file type you want to test, then you can test the page loading time of that product page and do it all over again but with another image file type.⁣

That way you can see if there is any difference in your product page loading time.⁣

Don’t forget to check the quality as well!⁣

- Check Your Shopify Apps:⁣

There is a big chance that apps that you’re currently not using are still being loaded when someone visits your store.⁣

Try to remove the Shopify apps that you’re not using and see if that decreases your page loading time.⁣

Another great tip is to double-check if one of your Shopify apps that you’re using is taking a long time to load.⁣

This way you can see if you need to find a replacement for that app.⁣

If there is a replacement, you can see if there is any difference in your page loading time.⁣

Of course, not all Shopify apps have similar looking apps available.⁣

If you can’t figure out how fast an app loads or which one is faster, just look at the total page loading time with the app you have and then with the similar-looking app. See if you can notice any difference between them.⁣

These are some tips to help you improve your speed. ⁣

3 Products You SHOULDN’T Sell!⁣

Everyone talks about products that you SHOULD sell but no one talks about the products you should avoid, this is really important because I see a lot of people in the dropshipping space sell some of the products that I am going to mention below and that is the reason why they fail. ⁣

So, to help you out, here are some products that you SHOULDN’T SELL:⁣

- Watches: ⁣

A lot of people choose the watch niche when they start with dropshipping.⁣

I personally suggest you stay away from this niche. Unless you have the proper experience to deal with all the competition that’s inside this niche.⁣

Also, when you advertise your products, a lot of people will link your store to a ‘scam store’ and a scam store is a store that advertises something but sells something else. ⁣

This is because most people who start dropshipping start with the free plus shipping method, sell watches!⁣

Also another reason why I don’t recommend selling watches is because of the poor quality. ⁣

If your watch is $2 (on, for example, AliExpress), then don’t expect it to be good quality. Don’t expect people to think: “Wow, this watch feels nice, good quality; I love it!”⁣

They’ll probably hate it and ask for a refund. ⁣

- Clothing and Shoes⁣

A lot of you aren’t going to like this but I do not recommend selling Clothing and or Shoes. ⁣

I’m not going to go into things such as the market saturation, how hard it is to be unique, profit margins suck, quality is a big headache and the fact that being profitable with ads selling clothing is a nightmare……….i’m not going to talk about those things but what I want to talk about is SIZING. ⁣

Sizing is your biggest enemy when it comes to selling clothing and especially dropshipping clothing and that’s because there are so many logistics that can go wrong. ⁣

Different countries have different sizes, your supplier can mess things up, your customer might not know much about the proper sizing and mess it up and overall there are a lot of headaches to deal with in terms of sizing and guess what happens next?⁣

You end up with REFUND REQUESTS. ⁣

This is one of the many reasons why I do not recommend selling Clothing or Shoes. ⁣

- Counterfeit and copyrighted products⁣

This should be an obvious one but the reason I’m adding it to the list is because I still see so many people selling these. ⁣

Other than the fact that you can’t advertise it on facebook, selling counterfeit and copyrighted products is not going to get you sales and even if it does, you won’t make money because of all the refund requests. ⁣

Also there is a good chance you might lose money because there is a good chance that you might get into legal trouble and get sued by companies. ⁣

So if you see a counterfeit product, run the other way. ⁣

Those are 3 products I recommend you do not sell. ⁣
