To assist you through the process, here are the categories:

1. FRESHMEN: First-year students

2. CONTINUING: 2nd to 3rd year (4-year courses) and 2nd to 4th year (6-year courses)

3. GRADUATING: 4th year (4-year courses) and 5th & 6th year (6-year courses)

4. FACILITATORS: NSTP, CAS, & Remediation Facilitators

5. REPRIMANDED: Scholars with renewal issues this semester (1st sem SY23-24)

6. BELOW 15 UNITS: Scholars below the minimum required units this semester (1st sem SY23-24)

7. RETURNEES: Scholars resuming their studies after an absence of no more than 2 semesters, provided they have a valid reason and prior approval from the scholarship coordinator before the break.

8. SBO & Student Organizations: Scholars holding positions in SBOs and recognized student organizations.

To officially begin your journey as a scholar, kindly submit the hard copy of your Hawak Kamay Contract from August 23 to September 23, 2023, on Mondays to Fridays, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Please take note of the following steps:

1. Download the contract using this link:

2. Print two (2) copies of your contract on LONG size bond paper.

3. Sign your printed name by hand. (E-signatures are not allowed).

4. Review your contract to ensure that ALL PAGES are properly signed. Affix your signature at the BOTTOM RIGHT corner of all subsequent pages.

5. Enclose your HK contract in a BLUE long folder before submitting.

6. Submit your contract to the Student Life Office with the following options:
a. Personally submit the contract at the Student Life Office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ONLY.
b. For scholars residing outside Cebu City, who can't visit the school in person, you may send it through a courier using the details below:

Call for Applications for the Scholarship Program for Coconut Farmers and their Families (CoScho) and List of Priority Programs for Academic Year (AY) 2023-2024!

The CoScho is open to undergraduate students who are duly registered coconut farmers in the National Coconut Farmers Registry System (NCFRS) or their dependents who will enroll or are currently enrolled in agriculture, agricultural engineering, agribusiness management, agricultural economics, and other programs identified.

If grantee chooses not to sign the payroll, funds will automatically be returned to UNIFAST Office.
