ABOUT THE JOB:
We need people who are enthusiastic to work and make IT this season . Great personality, hard working and potential to deal with different categories of people. Intake should be within this line. Matriculate , post matriculate , entry and those who have just finished their studies. Stand a chance to work in Big companies , AROUND and the neighboring areas. No experience needed as training will be provided.
We offer a fundamental call center training before commencing work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answering calls as obliged by the managers
2. Attending company conferences when need be
3. Responding to clients inquiries
4. Administration work.
5. Recording clients on company's data base Etc.
6. Good salary package and Benefits.
7. Grade 11 minimum
8. Must be fluent in English

Key Results Areas include:
Represent the customer to the rest of the business - Customer Advocate.
Handle client queries and other inquiries
Assisting clients with queries.
Resolving complaints.
Updating the client's information.
Experience is Not a Must. Job Training will be conducted.
