HANGING OUT WITH A PAIR OF LEGENDS!… wow look who I found? Chris Bush, the 1987 North American Formula One champion and 1988 FONDA world champion who in his day defeated, world, champions, Scott Gillman, Guido Cappellini, Jonathan Jones, John Hill, and Michael Werner wow. Also winning at the prestigious Bristol Grand Prix in England to add to his résumé… The dynamic and elusive and always funny X world champion was a laugh and a half last weekend at a local racing event in Crosby Minnesota… Also, in attendance was Nancy Landgraf who was one of the best women drivers in North America and famously, parked her boat on top of a buoy in a race without getting fined because she didn’t destroy the balloon… All in all a fantastic, fun day up in northern Minnesota… Getting ready to start heading east shortly. HANGING OUT WITH A LEGEND!… one of the most talented drivers in F1 history Chris Bush was at the Crosby power boat race of the Twin City power boat association’s event last weekend… The always mysterious and truly talented driver who went on to win the 1987 North American Formula One series following that up the next year in 1988 the FONDA world title beating the likes of past world champions, Guido cappellini, Scott Gillman, John Hill, Jonathan Jones, and Michael Werner well also winning the always prestigious Bristol Grand Prix in England!… great to see that ever fun, loving fast talking, and always fascinating man from his home state in Minnesota… A Real credit to the Powerboat Racing world… He’s enjoying his summer as it is I am hope you are as well. THE “AFTER PARTY” KICKS OFF FOLLOWING SATURDAY NITE’S U.I.M. GALA IN FUJAIRAH!… two lovely examples from the fun filled Portuguese delegation including Liliana Carneiro and Cristina Tunes, tried out for the now famous “Michael chorus line” and passed with flying colors… Lol… Well Marit Stromoy and I tried out the newest toy the karaoke microphone to a laughing success… God help us they’ll be more of those around in the future… Flying westbound back to America aloha!

SATURDAY NIGHT “GALA” IN FUJAIRAH!…A TRUE “WHITE OUT” ON A NIGHT OUT!!!…It was special handing out the 2021 sports awards with over 30 member countries in attendance all there for one thing, promoting powerboat racing!…My partner Marit Stromoy (the Viking Princess) was on her game and did an excellent job as always!…Back to FLA USA
