Design of integrated deck & Flare Boom steel frames. Work included, input of loading & geometry to Strucad Structural steel model for the in place, transport, loads out & mating conditions; the earthquake analysis of the topsides & gravity support structure (GBS) using SAP2000NL; the fatigue analysis of the Integrated Deck for barge motions during transport; the fatigue analysis of the flare boom for wind loading during its design life. Also included checking of AMEC in-house programs for vortex shedding & wind induced fatigue; Mating Analysis of Integrated Deck onto Gravity Support Base Structure. The Analysis of the Load-out frame.

Supervision of the design of New reinforced concrete frame Blast Resistant Control Rooms. The Design of new substations buildings constructed from reinforced concrete frames for Desalters, Condensate recovery units & standby diesel generators. The expansion of existing Control rooms. The design of Sheds to house the new CRU, Chemical injection equipment etc. The Design of Foundations for new Separators, Desalter packages, gas scrubbers, drain flash vessel, relief KO drum, CRU. Design and detailed engineering work for relocation of existing underground process piping with new aboveground piping and installation of the new aboveground piping. The design of foundations & roofs for new oil storage tanks. Modification of fence, gates and tank bundwalls and provision of access ramps on all existing tank bundwalls, area grading, signboards, construction of reinforced concrete walkways, culverts, pipe sleepers, pipe racks, drainage swales etc. within the facilities and rainwater evaporation pits and access roads around the fence out side the facilities. Survey of locations for and preparation of feed documentation for New Gathering centers, Central water injection facilities, Gas Booster stations, Substations & pipelines. Supervision of the designs for new gathering center along with associated roads, pipelines & cable trenches.
