The work you put in to learn new things, visit new places, look after yourself, eat well, move your body, nourish your mind.
Investing in yourself, your health and your life, will 10x your future!
The time you put reading, watching documentaries, listening to podcasts etc is a much better investment then just watching Netflix.
Remember life is outside that comfort zone, to learn and grow is a part of life, you need to step out of that comfort zone if you want a happy, wealthy and successful life 😊

3) I love to travel and have mostly travelled solo which is incredible 🙈

There are 3 months of 2022 left..
Have you achieved all that you set out to achieve?
It’s not too late to get s**t done 💪
But in all honesty it’s the perfect time to reflect..
What a month this has been!
There have been ups and downs.
Had a rough few weeks in terms of feeling out of balance emotionally despite all efforts to clear out the energy blocks… which is okay. It’s frustrating sometimes but be patient and keep persisting!
Although I wasn’t perfect, I stuck to my workout routine, and trust me there were days where I really didn’t feel like going to the gym or doing something that needed to be done. 90% of the work I had already done to set myself up for success for example scheduling my workouts and getting clothes ready the night before. The last 10% was getting myself there and convincing myself that this is just what I need to do, irrespective of how I’m feeling.
Consistency over motivation is what will get you results.
It wasn’t easy but every time you make a choice to do what your future you will thank you for, will move you forward until you get to a point where your brain doesn’t fight you anymore.
This has been a month of new beginnings, new goals and new strategies 🙌
Looking forward to setting new goals for October and smashing those too 🙌

100% reccomend the first two wineries if you love a good moscato
We enjoyed the taste of the muscat grape in our mouths, sweet and tangy!
Apparently Hangin Tree Wines Moscato is voted #1 in the Hunter Valley
How gorgeous are the views from the wineries! We had a really lovely time exploring and tasting so many wines

What does everyone do for self-care?
I love to go for massages and try things that relax my overactive nervous system.
Today we tried float therapy and the infrared sauna .cave. Both were absolutely amazing. Body felt so rejuvenated afterwards highly reccomend. Great for de-stressing , reducing pain and inflammation and great for relaxation 😁
Guess who climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge?!
YES, ME!! Good guess guys 😁
Another adventure ticked off my bucket list ✔️
Argh, it was truly spectacular climbing up the harbour bridge, not scary at all!! Hahah kidding, was a little, but hey don’t let a little fear stop you from doing great things!!
Also being able to view vivid from the summit of the bridge was magical ✨✨
I can’t wait for my next climb 💖

Make time for you! By giving yourself the time time you need you are practicing compassion self-love 💚
Here are some tips on incorporating self care into your day
- Move your body: if you don’t like going to the gym or hate running for example, find an activity you will enjoy for example ice skating or self defence classes anything that gets you moving and most importantly loving it!
- Nourish your body: plan out some healthy meals that incorporate fresh local ingredients to give your body the nutrition it needs and deserves.
- Nourish your mind: Meditation; honestly I love yoga and meditation they really can help you to get into the right headspace, oh and if you add nature into the mix it’s just perfect. Also practising gratitude and reading daily. Taking a nice relaxing bath, or anything that you enjoy that fills your cup.

There will always be things happening in your life that are not in your control. But it’s how you react (or not react) to the situation that actually shapes it. So it’s how you perceive the situation that influences your life.
That’s pretty mind blowing stuff 🤯
So it must be true.. you can change your life with the power of your thoughts!!
So following on with that, what are the thoughts that you think everyday? Do you allow negative thoughts to fuel your day ? Or do you let them pass through without reacting to them?
Meditation is an amazing practice to help with thoughts, about acknowledging them and letting them pass without reacting. 🧘♀️
If you react to everything in your environment then it means that everything can control you😳
Give yourself your power back by learning to observe and respond rather than react.
Remember, you are a POWER QUEEN/KING 👑

What habits do you need to have, in order to achieve the life you want?
Are you aware of your habits?
The first step to changing or modifying habits is AWARENESS.
Most habits are wired into our subconscious which is why we are able to do things without thought such as having a shower and brushing your teeth.
Sometimes habits are self-destructive and don’t serve our higher purpose.
Hence by becoming aware of your habits you bring them into your conscious mind, where you can actively modify or change your habits.
Try for a week or so observe and write down your habits, and consider without judgement whether they are positive, negative or neutral habits in conjunction to your specific goals and dreams.

What kind of life do you want?
Do you want to have time and location freedom, so you can do the things that bring you joy and spend that precious time with people you love?
Our time is so precious, but yet many of us waste it, going about our days without purpose..
Do you want to look back at your life with regret? I hope not, because at the end of the day there is so much more to life than just material things.
Consider the bigger picture, most people just want to be happy. But few really understand what this means.. If happiness is a priority then start considering what you spend your time and more importantly your energy on. Do you spend it meaninglessly on Netflix, scrolling through social media, or are you utilising your time doing things that aid your personal development. These could be reading, listening to motivational videos and podcasts, meditation etc.
Watch as you make small tweaks and utilise resources for personal development you'll see your life start to transform.
Remember, if you want to see change, you need to be the change.. To be different, you have to do different!
Take the time to do what sets your soul on fire 🔥
At the end of the day, do what makes you happy regardless of what other people think or say.
If there’s one thing that you take away it’s this.. what someone says or the way they behave is a direct reflection into another’s reality and how they feel inside than it has anything to do with you!
Once you learn and practice to remember this, you start to find peace ☮️
Believe in yourself, your hopes and your dreams, the people meant to be in your life will gravitate towards you like a 🧲
Feeling really grateful for taking full responsibility of my life and focusing on creating solutions and pushing forward each day, no matter how small the step is, you are beating everyone still on the couch 💪
There’s no room for blame, shame and negativity, I release that from my being. I only hold room for positivity, passion, growth, love and accountability. I’m holding myself accountable in the choices and habits I make daily. I am the creator of my reality.
Remember, by staying true to yourself, everything will fall into place 💖
Purpose: What’s your purpose in life?
Mine is ultimately to be happy and live life on my own terms.
What’s yours?
I believe that only you can create the life of your dreams starting with a vision and consistent steps and daily habits that drive you to the destination. But remember to be grateful for the journey because ultimately it’s the journey and not the destination, so take your time, have fun and take consistent steps that move you closer to your goal.
Think about what truly makes you feel alive and what would you rather be doing with your time. Maybe you want to travel and make a living whilst travelling, spend more time pursuing your passions, looking after your health, maybe spend more time with friends and family and being time and location independent.

Be honest with yourself, how often do you do things to learn something new not because you have to, but out of curiousity?
Well, you probably should! Because in reality you’re never “too old” to try something new. Whether it’s reading a new book, watching a documentary, trying a new hobby, travelling and exploring a new place.
Learning is the key to growth!
Why should I want to grow?
Well in all honesty perhaps you are happy in living a mediocre but comfortable life, and that’s okay, but if there’s even a small inkling that you want more from your life, read on.
There’s nothing great in comfortable, so if you want to get extraordinary then prepare to get uncomfortable.
Our brains are wired to keep us safe aka survival mode and not concerned about being in growth mode, which is why switching from a survival to growth mindset is CHALLENGING! But remember this.. nothing worth it ever comes easy. And if it is easy are you truly fulfilled with it? I’ll you what probably not. The life of your dreams won’t fall into your lap unless you work for it and unless you challenge and push yourself into abundance.
Remember growth = abundance, whilst survival = scarcity.
I want to encourage you to believe in yourself and remove yourself from the scarcity mindset and pursue your dreams and goals. You are worthy, and you can achieve anything you want to achieve in your life.
There is such a beautiful world out there ready for you to see and explore, don’t waste your time being comfortable, by bracing yourself in being uncomfortable no matter how painful, that’s when you grow and your life will become abundant in different ways.

I wanted to share with you guys a magical thing which is the power of breathing.
In a stress filled world, we now know the importance of breath.
How many times a day do you find yourself holding your breath or breathing short and shallow?
How do you feel when breathing like this? Anxious, scared?
That feeling is directly linked with your fight or flight response conducted by the sympathetic nervous system.
Breathing deeper helps shift your Parasympathetic nervous system which creates a feeling of peace and tranquility. Being in a constant state of low level fight or flight response can be detrimental to our health.
Giving yourself even just 10 mins a day to deeply breathe can be so therapeutic.
