Mexican Corn Salad This Mexican corn salad is corn kernels and vegetables tossed in a creamy lime dressing, then topped with cotjita cheese.
Ladies.. this is the dock where we ate dinner Tuesday night noone was hurt, just lost boats

4. Yeast Breads by Leslie Watkins

2. Covid in the classroom... how to teach Culinary during this mess
3. Food in disguise lab

5. Mock Apple pie taste testing

7. Toured the National Quilt Museum
8. Dinner at Mellow Mushroom
9. Ice cream at Craving for curls
Day 3.... Culinary Teacher Workshop!!!
1. Speaker, tour, and demo from West KY Aquaponics
2. Quick bread lab... lead by Awndrea Leach Newman
3. Cookie challenge.. lead by Awndrea and judged by a few of our local finest... Jason Young, Steven Oakley, Barry Howell, and Lofton Rowley Jr.
4. Major class project discussion
5. Tour of Silent Brigade Distillery (thank you Joe Shaw for the idea) **super excited about the new gallon of hand sanitizer I have for my classroom!
6. Dinner and info session at the Freight House

Day 2.... Culinary Teacher Workshop
1. Knife skills, chicken fabrication, and stocks lead by me... everyone practiced and the end result was chiken fajitas and salas
2. Tour of Farm to Fork.... thank you Josh!!!

4. Dinner at The Thirsty Turtle
5. Dessert at Craig's Dairy

Stop 1.... Farm tour..Christian Way Farm with Jennifer Elaine Grause and her wonderful mom!
Stop 2.... Broadbent Country Ham processing plant with Dallas Pruitt
Stop 3... Back to the school for Tech Teacher Session with Jason Reed, Co-op information and Covid-19 industry info as well as dinner by J-Mack BBQ with Michelle Tapscott
