IT’S CELEBRATION TIME BECAUSE EVERY HARDWORK DESERVES THIS🙈🙈

Cheers to completion of 15weeks fitness journey. With many failures before due to lack of mindset, continuity.. back after the lockdown in june and started again with complete mindset & determination and till date there is no way back for me😊

In these 15weeks, gym be like my new happy place. I found myself as a new person, a happy one.This journey is just a beginning, many more weeks to come, many more transformation is yet to come💪💪

I’ve changed not physically but mentally as well, conquering my fears (only few know about it). I always used to think, exercise is not my cup of tea but I was wrong, at this point of my life , it has become the important & happiest part.

Do you eat to feel better or relieve stress?

You might reach for a pint of ice cream when you’re feeling down, order a pizza if you’re bored or lonely, or swing by the drive-through after a stressful day at work.

Emotional eating is using food to make yourself feel better—to fill emotional needs, rather than your stomach.

Emotional hunger can’t be filled with food. Eating may feel good in the moment, but the feelings that triggered the eating are still there.

Of course, overeating isn't the only stress-related behavior that can add pounds. Stressed people also lose sleep, exercise less, and drink more alcohol, all of which can contribute to excess weight.

But this is not the end, every problem has a solution.
One can overcome from this as well if he/ she wants to.

Honey & brown sugar are not healthy!
The honey that we get in the market even from the popular brands is usually diluted to make it affordable. It is not pure honey untill and unless it is derived from the extremely organic source.
While brown sugar is nothing but processed sugar combined with molasses which makes it twice the unhealthy as the regular sugar.

So next time when you are looking for alternatives, go for natural one like dates and stevia which is healthy and equally tastes delicious.

Work from home is safe for all of us but at the same time there are some side effects that we all face due to excess use of mobile phones and laptops and neck pain is one of them.

Due to neck pain, we also suffer from stuff neck, pain in shoulder blades, headache, pain in the arms.

But there are some ways through which we can prevent them by adopting in our daily routine:-
1. Having frequent breaks in between the work.
2. By holding the device at eye level.
3. Exercise regularly with some kind of stretching and flexibility.
4. Limit the time spend on devices.
5. By correcting the body posture.

And also I learned this from a lil munchkin , his momma .poet is just amazing who told him these things. He practice gratitude, affirmations & patience on daily basis and I was like when a baby can do all these things why can’t we practice them.

I only thought that if I would say my thing this might hurt other person’s feeling but in the past few years I started to live by my own conditions , for my own happiness and to speak what I feel what is right for me and what is not right for me.
