!!VOLUNTEER NEEDED FOR FREE YOGA!!

I am currently studying to become a Yoga therapist and need a volunteer student to be my next case study.
As a volunteer you would receive your own FREE PERSONALISED yoga practice.

What is included
- 3x 1:1 sessions
- 1x personalised Yoga practice

Requirements
- Attend all 3 sessions (over the course of a month)
- A dedicated student who will practice the sequence given
- Must be located either in the Blue Mountains or surrounding areas (Sydney, Lithgow etc)

🏖AHIMSA YOGINI GOES ON VACATION🏕
As of Septmber 7th Ahimsa Yogini will be taking a break from teaching online classes.
This downtime will be used to rest and reflect and also to create a brand new Yoga programme for you all to enjoy.

There’s No Place Like Om 💛🖤💛
After a couple of weeks downtime from teaching I AM BACK BABY! And this time, as well as my online offerings, there are some exciting IRL classes if you happen to find yourself in the gorgeous Blue Mountains, NSW.
But even though lock-down is easing in many places, I will still be offering online classes for those of you that love attending a class in your Pj’s and slippers.
Also for many of us this time of isolation has opened the gate to the world of Yoga. But don't let it be a fleeting past-time or a passing fad, let it be the beginning of a lifelong journey of self discovery and movement medicine, a journey I would love to guide you through.

The benefits of Yin Yoga are vast and varied, it can reduce stress and anxiety, improve joint mobility and flexibility plus gives us the time to slow down and take a break from our fast paced, high stress lives

Yoga lately has become more about toned muscles and handstands and whilst these are super fun and great reasons to practice Yoga, it is important to have balance in our practice as well as in our lives

So what is Yin?
Yin is a slow paced, introspective practice consisting of low to the ground, floor based postures that are held from 3-5 minutes to facilitating deep release and relaxation responses in our bodies
