Here's my first entry for the Cook Book Series -- Chef RV's Cheese Muffins!
The original recipe from the cookbook can make 3 dozen muffins. I used half of the recipe, and I used a bigger scoop... So I ended up with 7 muffins 😊
Also, the recipe calls for grated cheese, but I wanted bigger chunks because why not 😃

It Started with Cookies
It was during the lock down period when our our whole family stayed at home for months. One fine afternoon, we decided to bake amazing chocolate chunk cookies for snack. Our family and other relatives loved it. Then we progressed in baking breads, then brownies. We have prepared such goodies to our family numerous times, for merienda, for dessert, for whatever and whenever we feel like baking goodies!
Then there came to a time when we opened the discussion of putting up an online store for the goodies that we exclusively serve to our family, since it is somewhat a low risk investment. Plus, we will be making and baking which we have eventually learned to love!
Before, we consume whatever we make and bake. Now, we are ready to share the experience and the joy of each bite outside our home.
As we believe and live by faith, Makes & Bakes PH was born.
