The deceptive simplicity of such a process that can be both voluntary and involuntary has been overlooked with our great advances in technology. However recently we have begun to revisit this practise. The results show great promise and practical value in understanding and modifying things such as disease processes and more.

Big goals are more often than not set in the moments where we are feeling this huge emotional high, so it's important to be able to remind ourselves or be able to engage and relive that environment from where it came, because those goals we set were made in past states that we can now no longer live up to setting the trend for a downward spiral of disengagement and pursuit of these manifestations we chase.

Self discovery can happen when we least expect it, brining with it many thoughts and feelings we can often forget about.
